Good Afternoon Austin, and Visitor's....another beautiful day in Austin. As all the events and concerts come to town: Please Be Careful. 🙋🏽‍♂️ I pray everyone has a Great Time And Return To Those You Love. 👈🏽🌄 HEB, the one on 41st and Hancock has been refurbished and enlarged....it is clean, clean bathroom and I Am A Fan. Now the HEB on.... Congress and Oltorf....That Thing Is So Frickin Big and New, and Unbelievably Amazing. I have to say....the prices are about the same as Whole foods and Trader Joes...from what I can tell. I would be interested in what those from other states think of our Grocery Stores. Good and Love To The World....🫂❤️🔛🌎☮️

This is my favorite heb in austin now. Helen and (I believe) Abriel? (I remeber her name was like Ariel but had another letter between the a and r.) In the flower section were so incredibly kind and helpful. They are wonderful employees but more importantly wonderful and compassionate people. I still hate the heb bag policy. I want free white bags, I drive to buda to shop sometimes because of this. (Had to get that in) I love Helen and Abriel

Very mean rude bullying discriminating cashiers/ managers here all the time just staring at me weird laughing and discriminating me. Nobody does that. Extremely dangerous area, its hard to find parking, it's very busy in all the area/ store, there's a lot of traffic, there's a lot of construction going on in the area, there's always something going on, very awkward experience, they do not carry in stock the Cheeziños Original Parmesan Brazilian cheese rolls, lady with baby in baby car seat crashed her grocery cart in to mine, people getting so close to me at the express line asking random questions, dangerous area, very long lines, slow cashiers, and everything along those lines, etc... I asked for another copy of my receipt since I lost it and it fell out xx on my way outside. When I asked for another copy reprint of my receipt they failed to give me a copy of my receipt and did not want to give me a copy giving me a hard time about everything making everything worse. They have to improve in everything.

The girl working the floral section tonight saved our event!!! We needed balloons and flowers on the fly and she was so helpful in quickly arranging a balloon bouquet for us, I also saw the other floral arrangements she was making for folks in line ahead of me and she was taking her time and had a very artistic eye, they all looked so wonderful. I’m sad I didn’t get her name! But, shoutout to her, the girl that was working the floral counter this Thursday night. Thank you 🙏 give her a raise
