I used the Green Hills Kroger pick-up service because I have an extremely busy schedule and don't have time to shop in-store. Unfortunately, the convenience wasn't worth it. When I got home and checked my order, I found mold on the blackberries, both pineapples were bruised and had a sour odor, and the laundry detergent's spout had completely broken off and fallen into the container, making it difficult to use without making a mess. Kroger has not responded to any of my emails, and returning items in person defeats the whole point of using pick-up in the first place. I feel like I've just wasted my hard-earned money, and there's been no accountability or effort to make it right. I expected better quality control and customer service from a major grocery store like Kroger. Until improvements are made, I can't recommend this location's pick-up service to anyone.

Likely the most arrogant staff of any grocery store I’ve ever been to. Mainly all self check out machines. The staff acts as if you work there or are trying to shop lift things. The attendants have horrible attitudes. Furthermore they shut the meat counter down very early. Strange how such a high end area has a Kroger with such horrible service. Maybe competition will come soon!

Ive shopped here 23 years. Tonight was my first experience with the new improved self check with conveyor belt. I start unloading my groceries, ringing up my groceries, cheese on sale with electronic coupon, scan.. no discount, enter "value cust." No discount miss, its not showing discount. " she says "im not finished. (Assuming discount while paying) "then "beep, scan again, "beep. Arg. The lady comes over again. No hi. No make light of error, no smile. She educated me that I cant put items on conveyor. Huh. Don't put scaned item on belt? Silly me. So I am to ring a item cary the item to end of belt?. "Yes. Or put item back in cart. (Great idea. Ring it up twice?) I totaled my order, no coupons credit. A lady from customer service walked my way into my exit lane as im pushing cart to bagging area. I stopped, we're looking at each other. Im puzzled. She says "EXCUSE ME " ( no hi. No allow me to assist, she put her badge in register, she said did i enter the coupon discount? No the lady said after completing ( finish) it'll show discount. The first employee spoke across the lanes. "I TOLD HIM THAT" so happy for the 2 fully trained, customer friendly staff were distant, belittling, and not friendly at all. Its a new machine, they are hopefully trained on them. WE the customer, is not. The modern term is "soft skills" the old term is "nice, friendly , appreciative, respectful. Mr manager. The staff needs soft skills and a 😃 Love this location. Always helpful, Tonight. Not so much John

I just wanted to mention the lady that you guys have working pick up for groceries is extremely rude. I put an order in earlier today for 6 PM I did it at 7 AM, then I realized I have to be somewhere at 6:30 tonight. So I knew I had to change it so I called up to change it. She hung up on me the first time then I called back and asked her if I could change it she said no she was too busy and that she would just have to cancel it for me and I’d have to redo the order. I told her I said there’s still available times between 1 to 2 to do a pick up you’re not that busy and she said no I’ll just cancel it so I had to go back online. Do the whole order again just to do it from one to two. The lady sounded a little bit older with an accent and I called about 830 this morning on April 27. I understand that being in customer service sucks sometimes but you don’t have to be rude cause I can go anywhere else and buy stuff.

This Kroger location is in desperate need of better organization. Walking through the aisles feels comparable to a bad game of eye-spy as you’re constantly searching, doubling back, and hoping you eventually stumble upon what you came for. Products are scattered, sections feel mismatched, and there’s very little consistency from aisle to aisle.
