Their customer service sucks their service is horrible they do not at all help you like I said it sucks put on the bright side they did have deer walking across the parking lot the other day

It's pitiful that I can't fulfill a helium order. 1 balloon and not a sould in the store can do it? I am now delivering a flat balloon with nothing in it because the floral lady won't let anybody use her stuff, or at least that's what the fifth person I asked to try to find a manager to do it said. I've never had a manager notbe able to fill it up. Thank you for getting me a horrible rating and losing money

Pickup spots are hard to find as people use them as normal parking spots. Waited 30 minutes past my pickup window, had to call the store to learn it’ll be over an hour late

Second time in a row on this Kroger and the people from bakery and delicatessen are nasty and unwilling to attend, they always get an excuse to avoid serve the people. Manager never ever available to discuss. Reason why Kroger is not longer a nice place to buy groceries any more.

Kroger sold me alcohol, and when the box was opened it appeared to be covered in literal puke. Their policy is not to return or exchange alcohol, which is fine. But the manager only gave a $10 Kroger gift card, despite the item being $23. Manager chose not to solve this absolutely disgusting problem.
