I had a really frustrating experience at this Walmart location. I purchased a container of motor oil from the automotive section, and it turns out the container was already open or not sealed properly. I placed it in my passenger seat, and by the time I realized what was happening, oil had leaked out and completely soaked the carpet on the passenger side of my car. Brand new mess. It was everywhere. Because the container was actively leaking, I threw it away. Bringing it back would have just caused more damage to my interior. I took pictures of the damage and went back to explain the situation, expecting at least some understanding. Instead, I was told by Tyler, the automotive service team lead, and another team lead (I believe her name was Namica), that I had to physically bring the leaking container back in order to get a refund. I explained multiple times that it was thrown away because it was continuing to leak oil into my vehicle. They refused to process the refund and claimed it was an “inventory issue.” What made it worse was the attitude. One of the team leads cut me off mid-sentence just to call Tyler over. There was no empathy, no attempt to problem-solve, just a flat refusal. I’ve worked retail before, and situations like this are normally handled through inventory adjustments or damage write-offs. It didn’t feel like they even tried to help. This wasn’t just a minor inconvenience — this damaged my vehicle’s interior. Customer service should at least involve listening and trying to make things right. That didn’t happen here. Very disappointed.

At the Admiral and Memorial location there is one employee that stands out and is absolutely AMAZING!!! 💯💥🦾 She’s always got a smile for me & will help however she can. Her smile is infectious & her attitude is AWESOME & TOTALLY DEDICATED to the customer. Walmart you should appreciate such a doll of an employee you have. I would’ve hired her on site at my business. Thank you so much KELLY HILL for your amazing customer service & that special smile. I’m telling you YOU’RE AMAZING AND YOU’RE BY FAR A PLUS AND BENEFIT to this Walmart. Keep up the awesome job you do.

Worst Walmart I have ever been to. They never have carts they have the worst customer service. They should just fire any employee that has worked there for more than 3 months and hire all new crew because there is no hope to salvage this location with the current batch of employees, if you can even call them that. This Walmart is an absolute piece of crap!

A Walmart store that doesn’t carry home fire extinguishers, you’re kidding, right? Lots of unsavory characters roaming around the store? Homeless people living in the bathrooms I believe? Not sure if this is one of the safer Walmarts?

Staff nice, prices are not. Monsters used to be 1.98 This is the most expensive I have ever seen them in walmart stores. 2.68 I was going to buy one as a treat today untill I saw the new 30 cent increase from when I previously turned one down from price. The one saving grace is the fact the price tag is still paper and not electronic.
