I refuse to ever step foot in the store again. Their pharmacy only cares about the kick back they get from certain brands. Even if the patient has it in their profile you cannot have said medication it does not matter they still give it to you. And if they ran your insurance you are totally screwed they won’t fix it. If this medicine does not work. Which Ik it won’t work I will be contacting the headquarters tonight to make a claim. Then I am contacting my lawyer. This is only the beginning. I’ll make sure they never make this mistake again. The pharmacist needs to go. Obviously reading is to difficult for them. It’s never been an issue with getting the correct one until today. I will have the worst month of my life and they couldn’t care less. So I’ll care as much as she does. This is going to get bad.

Huge like over the top shout out to Anthony and Jess in the bakery!!!!! Another Reasors had canceled on me at the last minute and when I called this location Anthony answered my prayers and had Jess make my vision for my daughter's first birthday cake out of this world. I know its just a lady bug but the details and the grass!!!! My baby thought she was about to touch a real ladybug scared to eat it at first because I always stop her from eating them lol but once she found out it this one was edible it was over!! Lady bug turned to swamp girl!! She absolutely loved it!!! Thank you so much Anthony and Jess yall really saved the day!!!!

I love Reasors, but the one at 41st and Garnett is gross. It was never updated like all the other Reasors in town. You don’t get the quality or selection here that you do at other Reasors. It’s a gross oversight of the company.

We love the friendly and helpful staff they have here. Only reason not 5 stars is sometimes out of stock on items we buy frequently.

I was planning to get a cake from reasor’s for a birthday…. No one at the bakery section even it is during the regular working hours,,, we asked the customer service to help ,, after several calls no one showed up !!!! 25 min later,, two employees started to argue who is the manager and finally they send someone to help that has no idea about the bakery section at all!!! The worst customer service ever
