Reasors used to be good. But ever since the big corporation brookshire groceries took it over it’s become trash. Below is a pic of bread which is representative of something that we see every single time we go to this trash grocery store. Needless to say we are done with them. This disgusting crap was the last straw. Good luck with this horrible Co.

Incredible customer service! Open on NewYears Day. Bakery staff went out of their way to make two cakes for our daughter’s wedding. Freshly baked, custom decorated, short notice ( it’s a long stupid story as to why, but thank goodness for Lawrence and everyone working (and to Reasors for being open and having such great employees ( hopefully they are properly compensated for working holidays And for being such professional, talented and caring employees))New Years Morning!!!). Cakes came or great.

For Business a month ago

This place is HORRIBLE!! Poor customer service!! I went in as a secret shopper, and was treated like trash!! My position, use store coupons at checkout! I did! I was harassed by a man and manager!! I was told to pay the money that I used for coupons!! I was treated like a thief! I was followed and recorded!! This is insane!! I am currently taking this situation up with corporate and my attorney!!

I’ve always ordered my cakes for every occasion at the 18th and Yale store. My experience today will forever change that. I ordered a cake for my daughter’s 16th birthday. She wanted everything gold. I told the girl in the phone when I ordered what I wanted. She said they only have yellow. Okay we agreed to the yellow. But I told her white frosting and the yellow for everything else. I went to pick up the cake just 3 hours before her party. They made what I would call the ugliest cake possible. Yellow trim and writing with red flowers. I said this is not what I ordered. The decorator took it and started chunking the red flowers into the trash with a vengeance. I again said only yellow. So she then proceeded to put green leaves on them. I said I want no other colors at all on the cake. Her attitude and the whole experience was so unacceptable. I told her forget it. I’m not purchasing that cake. I went to the manager and told him and let him know the situation. Such an easy request that my daughter asked for. I was stressed and had to scramble to find something for her party, when if they had just followed the directions of only white and yellow it would have been great. I will never recommend them to anyone ever again.

I was in this store yesterday afternoon to pick up a few things and had to use the restroom. Myself and another lady walked in and to the right standing in front of the mirror was a man at 6’8” in women’s clothes tweaked out. I immediately turned around and walked out, saw the manager and told him what was going on in the WOMEN’s bathroom. His response, “Thank you for telling me but, I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do about it. Nothing you can do about a man tweaked out in a women’s restroom.. I used to go here all the time but not any more. I definitely won’t be shopping somewhere that it’s ok for a man to be tripping and tweaked out in a woman’s restroom.
