There are three main Reasor's from which I shop regularly. Overall, the most reliable meat department is the 41st and Yale location. Excellent custom service! Look for the seasonal "Big Meat Sale" and stock up your freezer for months ahead. If you appreciate Customer Service and huge selection, please visit the Reasor's 41st and Peoria store. Finally, the 71st and Sheridan location. The east facing driveway is a big ramp which, if there is snow or ice, is off putting. However, the store is easy to navigate and most of the employees are fun and helpful. Overall, the Tulsa Reasor's are a great choice for cleanliness, product selection, and moderate pricing

I have to admit that even though this looks like a simple little snack meal it was DELICIOUS!!! Very fresh and convenient. I look forward to trying more of the fresh made foods! Workers are very nice. My only complaint would be I wish things were easier to find and when I’m working, shopping for a customer, it doesn’t say what aisle the items are on, but hopefully it can be updated in the future!

I can only judge the store based on my need was for only a couple of items needed that I forgot to pack for my hotel stay nearby. (Distilled water and deodorant) It was about 15 minutes before closing and I was able to quickly find the items needed and get checked out before actual closing time. The cashier was pleasant and didn't seem bothered by the last minute visit before closing.

In a nutshell, On January 30th Friday I went to the 15th street and Lewis deli. Sad experience ever at reasors deli. Friday is 8 pieces of chicken wings for 5.00. 5 pieces of fish 5.00. A petite lady was extremely short, evasive and rude towards me. And I promise all I asked was for was the chicken. Im career Customer service so I consciously make sure I'm polite to all. Her comments were, we are out of this and that. And she walked off and ignored my questions for a replenishing timeframe, literally. After a Few Minutes to come back and say 1 minute on fish. Then eventually brought it out and laid it down on the counter and walked off. Another lady noticed her rudeness and came up and asked if I wanted anything else. She was very kind. Rude lady came from back and started helping other people. And never made eye contact with me. Now I normally don't write negative reviews but this was disturbing. Also I usually drive the extra 10 minutes to 21st and Yale. I ironically met another customer that said they dont go there for deli either. Before this incident. Polite crew there. Absolutely no complaints. 71 and Sheridan is excellent also! Also i am a Friday frequent for these deli items so I know how its normally done. Just not this store. And I will not ever go there again for deli items.first and last. And it's my neighborhood store. Sad to write this!

Customer Service opening at 9am? Store opens at 6am. Terrible. Not at the speed of business. Plus you stand there for 10-20 min while the CS person does everything else. Customer respect is a dying, if not dead art form.
