CORPORATE MEIJER... Carolyn, the Store Manager at the Hilliard Rome Road store is THE REASON your store will have repeat customers. I had a random large order and Carolyn went above and beyond to help me acquire what I had ordered. I'm talking she gave me her cell # and we texted level of service. When I came to the store Carolyn was so warm and friendly. People like Carolyn make your customers felt seen and are reminded that kindness really does matter.

The 7up and coke products said buy 2 get 2 free but they didn't ring up that way. The worker at the self scan gave me two 8.99 off coupons to make it right. I really appreciated that. Thank you!

I have to shout out to Katie at the bakery, she did an amazing job on my husband's birthday cake. She really made my vision come to life all from a few pictures I showed her at the counter. You can tell she enjoys what she's doing, that makes a huge difference in the service you receive. She even went the extra mile because of some troubles I had at another store and gave me a cool magnet that matched the theme of his cake. I also have to mention Keisha, when I picked up the cake she was quick to help and was very kind too. Highly recommend Meijer for all your celebration needs!

I work out of my car and often come to this gas station to use the facilities and the microwave to heat up my food. Every time I stop in, even if it's multiple times a day, Angel always has a smile and a kind word. I really appreciate him and hope that management knows how great a person he is. You can teach people skills, but you can't always teach the kindness that Angel has.
