Wow! The Kingsdale Market District is absolutely amazing. I go to a lot of different grocery stores throughout Columbus and this one is seriously impressive. Every staff member I encountered were absolutely delightful. The woman working behind the customer service desk was so friendly and helpful, she really made us feel welcomed. The store itself is huge, every section was well stocked with a ton of options. The produce looked fresh and colorful, well stocked. The prepaid foods looked so good, a lot of options. The meat counter looked amazing, again very good selection, well cut meats, fresh. I couldn't believe the bakery! They had full sized (what I assume) wedding cakes. Everything was nicely displayed. Overall there is a huge selection of everything you want or need. The store was very clean, plenty of parking available, well lit. Recommend this one 100%

I went to this location today to get a roll of quarters from the customer service desk (I brought cash) so that I could do my laundry. I do this often and it’s never been a problem. Today a woman with braids working behind the counter said that they don’t provide that service. Just very unprofessional and out of the ordinary for this location. I’ve always had great experiences prior to this.

I went to this grocery store at 8pm. Every single lane open was self check out. Since I dont work there, I was extremely slow and the line behind me started growing. I had several items, so this took a while to scan and then bag all items myself. But, there were 3 managers to direct me to the appropriate lane to go to. I will never go here again.

Less than mediocre experience at the prepared foods counter. I asked an employee where an item might be located, and she responded “she couldn’t help because she doesn’t have her glasses on.” She could have, I don’t know, but them on? Could have at least directed me to someone else who could’ve helped. Older black woman had an horrible attitude was perfectly okay with being completely useless. Didn’t want her laziness to go unchecked.

This Giant Eagle is the largest and closest to north campus area store. There are a large variety of necessities, medicines, food, and beverages with good deals. You can find anything here. Cooked food includes sandwiches, sushi, and pizzas. WiFi is fast and service is always amazing. The room is organized and clean.
