This Kroger on the north is great. There are various items, a pharmacy, a liquor store, fresh seafood, a salad bar, a Starbucks, and cooked food. Service is fast and friendly. WiFi is available. Apple Pay was not available but it works now.

This location is larger and serves another part of the city. There's a large apartment complex next door and the demographic seems to have more resources? (not sure). The selection of produce is better. The distance from my place is the same from other stores. Interesting observation.

I’ve been shopping at this Kroger for over 5 years and have always had a positive experience. The staff has consistently been friendly and professional, which is why this recent situation was so disappointing. While checking out at the self-scan area, a black employee named Sylvester, who was working there, was standing nearby talking and laughing with another customer while I was scanning my items. After I finished and paid, he suddenly approached me and asked to check my receipt and the items I had just purchased, as if I was stealing. The interaction felt targeted and unnecessary, especially since there was another woman checking out at the same time and he did not approach her. I have never experienced anything like this at this location before. As a loyal customer, I expect to be treated with the same respect and fairness as everyone else. This situation left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed. I hope management looks into this so that all customers continue to feel welcomed and respected when shopping here.

I want to say that Marcus at customer service is getting five stars!! Super helpful and friendly!! The other male at customer service is why I am leaving one star. He was very rude and condescending!!!! He also was not in uniform or have a name tag on!! Luckily the receipt says my cashier for the return was Cameron!!! Not nice or enjoyable to deal with!!!!

Customer service told me they could only do returns if I purchased from their store within the last 30 days. This was a health and safety recall issued by the manufacturer and Kroger is the company that offered a full refund at any location. They told me to call customer support. A manager that came up told them to "just give me ten dollars"... For a twenty dollar grill brush? After asking about the recall email for the seventh time, with the managers permission, they used some magical technology called a handheld pda to look up the cost of the brush.. Which they could have done in three seconds from the jump. Thanks for making this such a nightmare of a process, I'll be avoiding all Kroger for purchases of home goods since they don't stand by their own recalls and safety standards. They wouldn't even refund the money, instead it was put on a Kroger gift card....
