Been going here for over a decade, it's my neighborhood store. Works in a pinch, and the employees are awesome, but they're not so great about keeping my regular items in stock, and when the store undergoes changes (which this one frequently does) some of my products get forgotten or left behind. To be honest, if there's a specific item I really need to be there, I go up to the Graceland store now.

This store is great. I had an issue with a locker pickup order during a very busy time (5pm NYE) and despite that everyone I spoke to was very helpful. I spoke to John who was working the self checkout and he made sure to get me to the right person. Brian, the manager I worked with was excellent. He was kind, calm, professional and handled the issue himself. Thanks Kroger Clintonville Team.

Will never return to this store thanks to Joshua(front end supervisor)! After I load my groceries in my car and I see the older man(60+years old) limping through the parking lot, collecting an enormous amount of carts, with a smile on his face, I return inside to find a manager. The only lanes open were the U-scan Lanes, being overseen by 2 Boys, under the age of 21, at Most! I asked for the manager and they directed me to the other end of the store, where I found Joshua, who was talking to 2 teenagers, and asked him if he knew that he had an ‘Older-Aged’ gentleman outside doing actual physical labor, while ALL the young guy’s were inside, literally, WATCHING customers, check themselves out at the U-Scan? Joshua “acted” like a good, concerned boss…. Then, the second, I started to walk away, he turned around and walked back to the other end of the store, where he was before! When I saw that, I couldn’t help but get angry and yell, letting him know I didn’t leave, like he assumed, and that he was a joke and a terrible example of a supervisor! Won’t be back to this location, corporate should know that Joshua doesn’t know how to take care of his employees the correct way, and both of my children have worked for Kroger’s. Definitely not this location. So sad!

Uncomfortable, too close aisles, but the real issue is Kroger recently telling it's employees that calling off work for sickness would not be excused, even with a doctor's note, unless you were admitted to the Hospital. I don't know about you guys, but I'd rather not have sick employees working around the food I'm supposed to eat.

Kroger is my staple when it comes to grocery shopping. They have a sheer standard for everything. It might not be like Whole Foods ( come’n it’s not that pricy as well in Kroger to burn hole in your wallet! ) , but it’s not like Walmart either. Okay. It might not be the great value for money as on Costco- but it’s a retail kinda store, and I absolutely love it. The fresh produce, dairy, cheese, seafood, and meat, and everything had a certain good standard. I love their deli section as well. This store is organized, neat, and clean. The staff work here are nice and helpful. I love going back for my weekly groceries. And also, if you have a membership, you get so many item on sale!
