First trip there since they switched to digital variance pricing. Happened to get there at rush hour. So am I being charged more based on the time of day? Flow of traffic? If the items i need happen to sell well at particular hours? Distrustful of any store that chooses this predatory practice. Bought a costco membership. Screw this place.

This Kroger is close to west campus. I like to buy their sushi rolls as my lunch. This location is larger than the one on high street near south campus. Customers can buy anything here. There are various items, a pharmacy, a liquor store, a fuel station, fresh seafood, a salad bar, and cooked food. Service is fast and friendly. The room is always clean and everything is in order. WiFi is fast. Their poke bowls and sushi taste decent.

horrible when it comes to grocery pick up. They are never consistent and blame it on understaffing. It does not matter if you place your order to be picked up at 8am or 3pm, it will be late !!!! it’s absolutely so frustrating how unreliable the store is.

It's your standard Kroger offerings but this location gets quite busy. The lines are long and the aisles get very crowded. A lot of produce will also be gone if you come too late. The staff is also quite miserable and love to remind you. I understand retail sucks, but some of the attitudes I've received were quite appalling. It's convenient if you live nearby but you might have a better experience just going to whole foods or going up to the Walmart.

This is one of the busiest and most poorly run Kroger I have ever been too. Any day of the week, it’s like this. To start, there is always limited carts when you walk in, heck one time I walked in and not a single cart to be seen. Next, slim pickings on some of the most essential produce items and what is left I would be embarrassed to even donate to the local food pantry. After that, the store is very disorganized with sometimes difficult to navigate or find sections. I find myself walking back and forth several times to get the one or two items that just isn’t where I should expect it. Now it’s time to check out. You would think a store that has nearly 20 self check outs that leaving would be a breeze, but no. Today for instance I waited nearly 20 minutes for a self check out. 7 were closed and 4 were open and there was a line half way to the back of the store. What gives? Not only that, but consider myself a quick bagger, but I get stopped every 7-8 items to have my cart checked… sometimes three times in one checkout session. I get you are trying to prevent theft, but this makes things so slow on top of the already abysmal wait in line. The employees here do nothing to make things better. There are often people oblivious to the lines and try to snag the next cashier only for the customers to try to police themselves with zero help from associates or managers. Lastly, it’s DIRTY. I once saw a layer of dust so bad on a pack of twizzlers at the self checkout it looked like it was there for 2 years. I even did a little finger swipe and a month later IT WAS STILL THERE. I’ve just had it with Kroger! I walked into my nearby Aldi after to grab 5 things that were out of stock and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes for a fraction of the cost. You can’t justify the higher prices with the lack in quality and service.
