The single sketchiest Kroger I have ever had the displeasure to live near. I try to not shop here unless I need something quick due to the insane people I experience every time I go here, but today was the last straw. 11:30am on a Sunday, I walked inside and a police officer says "this is an active shooting zone, I recommend you leave immediately." I don't care that this is the closest grocery store, I'm never coming back here again. The convenience is not worth my life.

Most employees are rude, and are not helpful. (There are a couple who are friendly and help as much as they can) They often are out of stock of their own brands items. You also have to check things you do buy because they are either open or expired before the buy date. To have these items exchanged you are told you'll have to wait in a 5 person deep line for 20-30 minutes to get an issue fixed that shouldn't have happened in the first place. They have staff that should be able to help but instead they are just walking around looking at their phone or complaining at other employees about their issues with another employee. So they just brush it off and tell you that you'll have to stand in that long line, which only has one employee working the service desk. Instead of helping them, like I said they are either in their phone or complaining. If you are able to shop elsewhere I would suggest you do so. If you have to shop here don't expect much help, and look over all of your items before cashing out because this location doesn't go by F.I.F.O, (First in First out) and when they have sold you bad items they want you to stand in a long line to get it corrected. It is like being punished for their inability to be a proper grocery store. Do what you will with this information, I just believe everyone should know what to expect.

Bought moldy butter today at 430pm. But store is now closed. So cant do anything about it today. If u bought challenge salted butter u need to check that before u use it

What’s the point of opening at 6:00am if every department isn’t open . The customer service times need to be online of when they open. I neede to get my son diapers and the clerk at customer service like we not open then what are your all getting paid for I needed my check cashed . Like do the job or don’t come to work your not here just to get paid to stand and tell me the customer service is closed and you have uniform and standing behind the desk.

I mean the store itself is decent it’s just that some of the customers and surrounding area is sketchy and dangerous. numerous people get assaulted at this location or worse outside. I even had an altercation at this store (mostly the other person was mad for no reason) I tried to get away from them and they were following me home. Just be alert of your surrounds or go supper early and it’s fine.
