There were so many great deals going on right now (this week), I went two days ago and over spent came back because I forgot something I needed and totally over spent again because I cannot pass up the deals, the cyber coupons are absolutely outstanding. They were well stocked (compared to some stores that slack at re-stocking) it just so happens all my favorite items happen to be on sale everything needed to make chicken ranch wraps on sale and thanks to the compared neighboring store the self Check out means I never have waited in in a line longer then a minute

Arrive on a Sunday afternoon it’s not a very busy day not a cart in the store. I asked about the carts. They told me it was just too bad. They’re either all being used in the store or they were outside. I’m not sure they understand that you know the term customer service definitely would not recommend using this Kroger’s for anything, but you know maybe to buy toilet paper so that you can take a remembrance of them unfortunately, this place is just trash and probably should be demolished.

I live on this street but prefer to drive to the Brewery District location for most of my shopping. I'll walk up here if there's something I need in a pinch, but typically I avoid it. This location is decades out of date compared to most Kroger stores around. It gives a somewhat unclean, beaten up vibe. Plus there are always beggars and such sitting, sleeping, standing around outside the door, as well as litter and stray carts and dirt and grime. Horrible first impression as you enter the store. I've seen security here having fairly significant altercations in the parking lot in which pepper spray was deployed. They have a whole row of self checkouts which I've NEVER seen being utilized. Luckily I haven't ever been here during really busy times so lines at check out haven't been a major problem. This is a struggling location that isn't up to date, well maintained and doesn't offer the best selection of groceries, set against a backdrop of vagrancy, crime, litter and filth.

This is my local Kroger and the only reason it receives 2 stars is the effort of the hard-working team members who keep this location operating. It's clear this corporation does not value, invest in, or adequately staff this location (1-2 open check-outs during peak hours), and it's sad and frustrating to see as a neighbor. Kroger: do better and invest in your stores and people.

Very convenient location for myself as I live within a mile . The store is mostly clean inside an the lines are not always long . The cashiers seem to be nice to people and helpful when asked. They offer rug cleaning machines you can rent they have a kiosk for your cell phone and also an ATM . They do have a cop at the door to make sure the peace is kept. They offer a service to pay your bills like electric bill, gas and water bill .I'm not sure what all services they have but many I'm sure . They have a liquor store inside and also a pharmacy . A bakery that has cakes and cupcakes and a meat department with cutting area and also lunch meat and cheese area . They have flowers like roses an such .They do not have a little clinic. I often use the Kroger's app to get digital coupons and get deals on items . They have only a few electric wheelchairs available for the handicapped. I wish stores would find a way to post there phone number on the handicapped parking area for those that are not able to go inside by themselves and retrieve a electric wheelchair themselves. So that one may call and have it brought out to them this is something I believe would help so much . This isn't the best neighborhood but most people mind they own business. They have a Redbox I believe outside this location and also a gas station .
