Friday May 29th Corn dogs in front of the price tag but the price tag was for another item ,I took three boxes to the customer service. I was denied from the lady who was at customer service, I asked to speak to a manager she said I am the supervisor so I repeated myself and say I would like to speak to a manager, is there one here she didn't like that at all , I can tell by the expression on her face it was almost like she was cussing me out up under her breath she didn't like that at all not one bit but she called the manager he ask a lot of question .. I told him how the corn dogs was sitting in front of the sticker 3 for $4. I even told him he can review the videotape I even took him over there to the glass case he asked more questions walking back to the front he allowed me to get them but he really didn't want me to have them at all and I can understand but the workers do have to realize that this is not coming out of their pockets and they not getting no raise if they save item because of their mistakes if there is a price tag sitting in front of an item they're not items should be sold for that particular price even though there was two price tags sit in front of the item I'm going for the lowest price as long as the items is sitting in front of that price tag I got all 3 for $4.⁰⁰

I arrived at this store a little after 4:00pm on Tuesday, May 26th. I went straight to the customer service desk. A woman.who I often see working at this service desk, was leaning on the desk drinking a soda and having a conversation with a co-worker. She didn’t acknowledge or notice us (me and another customer waiting at the desk). When we finally got her attention she said the office is closed and will be closed for the rest of the day. So, does this mean that Kroger customers who get off work at 3:30pm or 4:000pm should not bother stopping at this store for customer service needs? Because this store seems to be the only store in a 10-mile radius with a service desk that has random opening hours. Who’s in charge of staffing - or hiring staff? Also, half of your customer service staff acts like they aren’t paid enough to at least pretend to be professional about basic customer greetings. A halfway lively “Hello, how can I help?”, along with a fake smile, can’t possibly be that difficult to pull off while a service agent is on the clock. Some of your service desk agents act like they’re working for free against their will. It’s depressing to approach them sometimes. And this is why AI will eventually take jobs. I’ve talked to AI virtual service agents that run circles around some of your human employees.

Jaiden at Kroger is genuinely one of the best employees I’ve ever seen at any store. Every time I come in, he’s working hard, staying positive, and helping everyone around him without hesitation. He treats customers with respect, moves quickly, and somehow still manages to make everyone feel welcomed and appreciated. Honestly, Jaiden carries himself like management already. He’s professional, dependable, and clearly cares about doing a great job. Employees like him are rare, and Kroger is lucky to have someone who puts in that much effort every single day. The store runs smoother because of him, and his attitude makes the shopping experience way better. He deserves major recognition, a raise, and honestly a promotion for how much value he brings to the team.

Christiana was working the customer service desk I ask for lottery tickets and gave her the numbers , I wanted a number 5 and 15 , she said they didn’t except credit for lotto , so I walked away check out at a scan and came back 8 mins later for my lotto ticket, which Christiana recognise my face and immediately printed them out, she printed the wrong tickets… she pulled her manger in a corner away from me, and told him , she asked me to repeat myself 5 times and since she couldn’t hear me she printed of the wrong tickets, that never happened.. and never in my 32 years of life, have I seen someone just make up a lie to safe their own skin, it was a mistake, she should have told the truth, please remove her from behind the customer service desk, if she lied on me she’ll lie on a sweet old lady just trying to pay her bills. I’m willing shock, the manger did fix her mistake, I’m happy for that

This store has RATS!! I was here today and a rat ran between my legs. I was so disgusted I had to leave immediately. People who live downtown deserve good quality food — this is not it! Trader Joe’s please take this place over!!
