My new favorite spot in Whole Foods at Ridgewood SC. Seafood area has an expanded area for selections directly across from the traditional Seafood & Fish case. Stuffed salmon fillets, lobster mac & cheese and shrimp along with other selections to satisfy your taste buds. I look forward to shopping the new refrigerated case to see what tempts me. A couple days ago I bought these strawberries, took my dog on a 3 miles walk, washed and ate the strawberries and have been disgustingly sick since. Throwing up for the past 2 days and can’t even keep water down :(. I decided to call Whole Foods today to explain the situation, the guy tells me there hasn’t been a recall or anything so he can offer me a refund and I’m probably sick with the Nora virus because he had it a couple weeks ago. I then again explain the timeline from dog walk to strawberry’s to sick and he just sounds really annoyed and like I’m impeding on his day. I then unfortunately have to tell him compassion and empathy for your customers can go a long way and while I appreciate the refund, I have been terribly sick all weekend and the situation just sucks. I shop here every week, multiple times a week, as a college student who’s very anal about the ingredients and products I put in my body. Thank god I have my like $6 refund from the strawberry’s to fill this void 💔 with that being said I will return to the store for my refund but will be making the trip to the six forks location

Great specialty products for organic, gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegans, or folks who just want good quality food. Has a nice hot bar that always looks well stocked. Amazing bakery with a quirk and talented cake decorator, pizza bar, nice produce area. The store is a little tight, but charming and well stocked. Everybody is very friendly and helpful.

Sunday I went to thos location to return some Amazon items, and I decided to pick up a few things for dinner while I was there. I can honestly say I will never shop in this store again. It felt the land of walking dead. Now amazon customer services was great but everywhere else( the employee was issue). I understand people get busy, but something is seriously lacking in place. I blame management for creating environment where this kind behavior is acceptable. No spoke to us to say hello, smile or greet us at any point. My sister and i standing in line one employee tall man, black hair cut between us without saying excuse me. Please do better with making people feel welcomed.

I love grocery stores and have been to hundreds around the country and this store, without a doubt, is the worst I’ve been in. Claustrophobia inducing. Narrow aisles. Placement of products makes no sense at all. Other reviews were spot on when they said that employees & paid shoppers block the aisles - they don’t care. I seriously don’t know how this place can stay in business. I def will not be back!
