We were greated with Superbowl and Valentine's ideas. For this trip the goal was a quick supper before the game. We were not disappointed with the London Grill as the limited sandwich. It was very good. The store was crowded and so was the parking. The customers are typical of a big city experience. I doubt if I would shop at this store regularly but I am sure it is suited for the residents surrounding it.

Instead of ordering online I contacted this store for help with ordering my daughter a birthday cake. I’m out of town and considering I’m from an older generation I normally buy my kids birthday cake in person or order them in person. I spoke with a young lady in the bakery and her patience and professionalism was outstanding. She was able to help me locate a cake advertised by Publix online that she was not aware of. I think her cake turned out so much more beautiful than the one advertised on line! The cake decorator is awesome and did a beautiful job. They had it ready to pick up for my daughter by the time they said it would be ready and it didn’t even take her 20 mins to leave work, pick up the cake and plates, utensils and napkins and get back to work. She and her coworkers really enjoyed it and she received compliments on how delicious and beautiful her cake was! Thank you so much for helping me and making her birthday incredible!!

I am local to this store and have been shopping there for almost 3 months. Management knows who I am. I ask customer service for a complementary chicken because I was broke and just got off of work at a brand new job. Said I can pay for it tomorrow. I asked him to keep it private as it was embarrassing enoght to ask. I also stated i rater not steal or ask your patrons for cash to buy a chicken to eat. The manager didnt even have a backbone and tell me no himself. He sent back the employee and said no. By God's grace a friend shot me 10 bucks. I walked back in and stated that I was extremely disappointed in a community store that I buy from daily. That its not willing to help its community or someone that spends my hard earned money there. I stated this to the man who told me no as I walked and bought my food. On the way out the manager was standing cross armed next to security, with a gun and looked at me like I was going to be aggressive. At no time did I present this at all. I have been in some sort of security position or jobs that deal with escalation. This man actually behaved like a school boy in a scholl yard that called his friends to beat me up. Over me being honest and hungry.... Hummmmmm

This Publix is very clean and the employees are very nice. I needed help with finding stuff in the deli/prepped foods area and the manager Zach was very nice and helpful and shoutout to him! Seems like management is good here. Very convenient having the underground parking.

Great location I love the parking deck and the elevator up to the store. They have a great bakery. I think the best bakery in the area certainly of any other grocery store. My wife goes there by herself. It’s very safe. We love it.
