They did a terrible job in following directions. I do Not recommend spending your money on a pre ordered cake. We set an order 2 days prior and they still forgot to put a top boarder. How unfortunate that people can’t follow directions and I didn’t notice until I got home. Not to mention it was also messed up at the top where the boarder was obviously missing. Worst 30 bucks worth I’ve spent on a cake.

On the bottom of every receipt, on every sticker put on a Lowe's product, written in huge letters on the walls, and boasted on every advertisment.....is a 200% satisfaction guarantee.... After years and years of near daily visits to Lowe's I had a bad experience with completely dried out chicken tenders and simply asked for my money back....and I was treated like a scam artist , the lady who embarrassed me, and initially wouldn't honor it, nor the manager knew how to process the 200% satisfaction guarantee that is literally posted all over the store and it's products....you are supposed to receive a gift card with the purchase amount, and the transaction refunded. They couldn't figure out how to do it. I wasn't given a gift card, so wasn't able to purchase something else that day. I Don't think it is right to charge a premium for the products and boast that all products have a 200% satisfaction guarantee if employees aren't aware how to process the return, and are reluctant to grant it.

Love this place! The coffee/wine bar so unique and fantastic employees! Love the fun classes you can take there and the whole shopping experience is just wonderful in great part due to wonderful customer service.

You can walk around with a beer at this store; there are even cup holders! I always see people talking and they have flowers in the parking lots around the cart return. Their smoked meat section and bakery are pretty good. The prices are about like Harris Teeter or Wegmans, but they're just generally set up better in my opinion.

This is a terrific market! I love the set up and the staff was superb in helping me find the sun dried tomatoes and keto wraps for my baked eggs! When I’m back in the area, I’ll definitely return to Lowe’s!
