I used to love Harris Teeter before Kroger's brought them out. It is still nice, but i miss the double coupon days, and their prices went up. The store does offer good deals when you match coupons or evic coupons. The points save you on gas.

Edward in the meat department is incredible to work with. He helped me out with custom orders for Thanksgiving and Christmas, and carry himself with a great degree of professionalism. 10/10 service. I go out of my way past two other Harris Teeter’s for The service provided at this location.

The store is very clean and has everything you need. I was impressed by the overall abundance of product. My only negative is the parking it's crazy I think everyone in the area loves this place so everyone come here to grocery shop. Once you get past the parking, you are golden?

This is my favorite HT store. It’s the one where you feel like it matters when you shop here. The staff are always friendly and will talk and help with any need. All the other HT stores I have stopped in are cold and Impersonal. Kudos to Jackie at checkout. How can she consistently be so efficient yet very personal and engaging. How kind she is. It’s not inexpensive to shop and while it isn’t easy to be customer friendly all the time in a direct customer facing business, this store has it done right. Btw; usually have all I need here with decent quality across the board. Even the sandwich making folk , not a fun job to me, are also nice (most stores leave you feeling like you’re bothering them to make a sandwich, not here). Bonus for a fast and efficient pharmacy! Well done.

Horrible service, my husband got profiled and kicked out of this store due to a woman being in a bad mood. This woman used harmful colorist terms and was flat out disrespectful. I don’t know many people that will stand for colorism these days but in this area I’m not surprised. Do better. And if you’re a black man please reconsider visiting this location.
