My wife and I would like to recognize Ms.Jenn, Ms. Tee and Ms. Brianna for their professionalism They help resolve an issue at the “Seafood Department “. Apparently, the Seafood Department was not aware of the sale for the week and would not honor it. My wife and I shared the sale flyer but they would not acknowledge. A kind suggestion for all associates in your store please educate your associates to be aware of the sales for the week. Thank you. Ms. Jenn, Ms. Tee and Ms. Brianna are an asset to your brand. They truly keep up with Harris Teeter’s sales for the week! Truly, providing customer service that has your dedicated customers returning every day. Thank you again.

Recently purchased a birthday cake here from the bakery for a kids birthday party. I don’t know the bakers name, but she was great and so talented! The cake turned out so beautiful, she needs a raise!

Fantastic grocery store with a wide selection of fresh produce and unique products! The layout is easy to navigate, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I love the variety of organic options available—definitely my go-to place for shopping!

Up until now, I have visited this Harris Teeter store twice and I must say that I thoroughly enjoy shopping here. The staff members are incredibly friendly, and one particular employee named TY was exceptional in assisting me during check out. She even went the extra mile to provide me with a VIC savings card and took the time to explain the fuel savings points on my receipt to both me and my mother. On every visit, I am able to find all the items I require, so I am certain that I will continue to be a loyal shopper here.

I came in with a client and we experienced some issues with his card while checking out. At one point, the groceries were suspended, so I asked the cashier if we could try running the card again. By this time, an employee named Xavier stepped in to assist. Unfortunately, he seemed aggravated and his tone quickly became unprofessional.When I asked a simple question to confirm whether the money was actually back on the card, his response came across as sassy and dismissive. I even asked him directly if he had an attitude, and although he said no, both his tone and expression told a different story. He then asked if I wanted to speak to a manager, which I felt was unnecessary since I was only trying to resolve the issue with him directly. I am generally not easily bothered, but I do feel that this employee needs to work on his tone and professionalism if he is going to be assisting customers. Otherwise, he may not be the best fit for a public-facing role. Blessings 🙌🏾
