Excellent customer service. Quite often, the employees will walk you across the store to help you find an item, especially if it's an unusual item. If they're stalking get out of their way, they don't move over. Stocking of this story usually happens in Mass. The offenders and employees shoveling the shelves full. They're pretty quick about it and the carts they're they're stocking from are pretty large. This store has the policy more than other Smiths of putting fresh produce on discount if it's certain number of days or they've received too much.. excellent cheese counter. Pretty darn good baguettes. Before I moved here earlier last year we were tracking stores and Smith had a serious problem. They seem to have gone through and deep cleaned all of their stores and everything was kept very shiny clean. I'm

After something had gone wrong with my pick up order the manager, Brianna encouraged me to come back so she could make it right. My experience was amazing. Her customer service skills are a definite asset to this Smiths, and has set my mind to not shop anywhere but here. Thank you Brianna!

Always a great place to get a lot for a little. Very clean, open late, which i love, happy and helpful staff. The young man helped me find oil for my jeep. He even offered to go outside and help me put it in. Thank you Smith's.

I’ve always tried to support my local Smith’s, but after my most recent visit, I won’t be returning. I went in to buy some groceries and a case of White Claw, only to be told—completely out of the blue—that a manager had instructed the cashier not to sell me any. There was no reason given, and I wasn’t rude, intoxicated, or behaving in any way that would justify a refusal. The cashier was kind and clearly uncomfortable with the situation. She tried multiple times to reach her manager, who initially wouldn’t answer. When the manager finally called back, the entire “explanation” was just a brief comment and an “okay,” leaving both of us confused. Later, on my way home, I stopped to get a case elsewhere and I learned from another store cashier that someone else recently had the exact same experience at this same Smith’s location—which suggests this isn’t an isolated incident. I called the store to calmly ask what was going on and to give them a chance to explain or correct the issue. Instead, the manager I spoke with was short, dismissive, and actually hung up on me. It’s disappointing to see this level of unprofessionalism and complete lack of accountability. If management is randomly denying sales and can’t even treat polite customers with basic respect, it’s hard to trust how they’re running the rest of the store. My family, along with several friends who’ve heard about this, will be taking our business elsewhere. Hopefully corporate takes a hard look at how this location is being managed—because this kind of treatment drives loyal customers away

Customer Experience Review: Weekly Grocery Shopping I am a loyal weekly shopper at this store, as it is the most convenient location for me. I appreciate the proximity, but I have encountered recurring issues that detract from the overall shopping experience. Areas for Improvement (Pricing and Checkout): • Inconsistent Pricing: I frequently notice discrepancies where the actual price of an item does not match the shelf tag. • Lack of Price Correction: I'm consistently disappointed that the store does not seem to have a policy for price matching or resolving these incorrect pricing situations. • Self-Checkout Experience: I specifically choose self-checkout to help keep lines moving and make the cashiers' jobs easier. However, whenever I require assistance with a scanning issue or product lookup, the staff member helping the self-checkout lanes often seems frustrated, though a handful of them are always genuinely kind. Outstanding Staff Recognition: I am writing this review specifically to recognize and commend two employees who consistently go above and beyond to provide truly exceptional customer service: Xavier and Quinn. They are both incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, no matter how busy the store is. They embody the kind of service that makes customers feel valued. Whatever their current compensation, I strongly believe Xavier and Quinn deserve a raise and recognition for their outstanding commitment to customer satisfaction.
