Good food selection you can your usual go to meals here. I just wish the fruit was a little bit more fresher, and the selection was better. The deli is great not a big selection. The people are cool. I just wish they had the pitchfork turkey. There is no automated machines here to skip a long line, so be prepared to wait a little bit. I wonder if Vons will automate its pay system. It could speed things up, but people are gonna lose jobs. It’s a hit or miss in aisle 1 with cashiers. Some people speak and others don’t. The neighborhood scenery is not the best. One thing I will say is that people doing their job should be respected more including the butchers in the back. See you soon.

If I could give no stars I would! I went to Vons to get my Husband's birthday cake. I was at the bakery and no one was there. I called the store for the bakery and no one picked up the phone. Not even the STORE MANAGER WHO IS IN CHARGE DID NOT PICK UP THE PHONE. AND I WAS CALLING FROM IN THE STORE! I stopped by the deli to ask if the bakery was still open? The very nice young man behind the deli counter explained the situation happening in the bakery department. Apparently the store only staff's one employee for the bakery at night. And when she goes on break they leave the counter unattended! But the young man in the deli was the only employee I seen even try to help. But if he would have came and helped me that would have left his department with his co-worker be alone in the deli. And the store manager on duty and her two cashiers let me walk right out when I raised my voice and told them I came to get a birthday cake but no was there. They just looked like okay shut up B our candy rack is more important than you stupid! I'm said who cares? And they literally just ignored me. Yeah whatever loud mouth we could careless about you! So no problem Vons. Since my business is more appreciated at Smith's that is where I will stay shopping. I told my Husband I WILL NEVER GET A CAKE FROM VONS AGAIN!

Toni is an amazing cashier, went over and beyond for me on more than one occasion. Always has a great attitude and bright disposition.

4/18/26: The store is fine, like it’s always been except you need your V replaced on your sign.

They're remodeling the store, and it's looking pretty good. The staff are very polite and helpful. Everytime I come there's always positive interactions, with the employees. I frequently am in there at least twice a week.
