I love this Whole foods store at Symphony-Boston. I am a regular shopper here and I do enjoy the store. Today even more, I would like to say big Thank You to Customer Service working late shift on 03/10/2026. I lost my wallet while shopping there. CSTeam did report the found wallet. This made my day. You have such a wonderful team and honest staff that know how to be loyal to community customers. Thank you very much. KG

If you look in through the windows after closing, you can see rats scurrying over the produce and through the isles. Stock is a consistent as the weather. The baked goods are often stale, always baked from frozen and sold at a 300% markup. Produce is either under ripe or moldy and items are discontinued to make space for things people do not need or cannot afford. When this location was Bread & Circus, and even pre Amazon Whole Foods, staff stayed for many years, now they turn over weekly… more often than the stock.

Whole Foods in name only. Unhelpful staff. Poorly stock. Deli area completely unstaffed. Avoid.

Visited for quick shopping. It's similar to other wholefood but probably smaller and less choices due to being the city version but not 100% sure.
