This Kroger has a lot to choose from. Clean and stocked. Best Kroger so far except the employees are aggressively pushy picking the online orders. Taking up most of the aisle. I had one lady mumble under her breath because I was carefully reading expiration dates on yogurt. Didn’t think I heard but I did. Another time she used her picking cart as a barricade and made us wait while she went up and down the aisle picking her orders. Still better here than 71 and Binford kroger. Those employees are trashy. Cashing out went smooth and fast here.

I called the deli on Wednesday asking if they would have fried chicken available for grab and go on Thanksgiving day. I was told yes. I called again on Thanksgiving day and told by the same lady that they were making fried chicken for orders only. However, they had rotisserie chicken available for grab and go. I was not interested in the bland rotisserie chicken. I had to drive 20 minutes out of the way to another Kroger that had fried chicken orders as well but also made sure that there was grab and go fried chicken. There used to be a young man frying chicken at the Thompson Rd location prior to the lady that does it now and he made sure the chicken was well seasoned and always available. YOU NEED TO BRING HIM BACK! The lady frying chicken now isn't getting the job done well enough. The Thompson Rd location has really gone downhill. The employees are the best thing about this store. And as usual, management ruins it for everyone. I would not recommend this location.

Kailey in customer service was a saint!!! I came in after work in a rush to get a money order (admittedly, VERY unprepared. I’m so sorry girl lol) She didn’t once make me feel rushed or silly, and held a smile basically the entire time while dealing with me. She worked so fast too. I just had to show my appreciation, thank you so much!!!

This review is for the pharmacy. The lady over the phone rudely interrupted me THREE times during my conversation that was only prob 3 sentences then when I nicely said can I finish my sentence so she would even know why I was calling she interrupted me again and said then hold for the technician very hatefully. Moments later the tech gets on phone and is able to tell me what’s needed because I actually got the question out my mouth for her and I to both know! Then the tech kindly told me the one RX would be done at 445. Get there at 5 the rude lady takes my name says it will be abt 25mins and denied me my RX had me sit thinking it’s funny. Very rude disrespectful and I hope she is at least spoken to about her poor customer service and stinky attitude towards Kroger pharmacy patients. I’ve been coming here a long time and NEVER had such rude disrespect behavior.again this review is ONLY base upon pharmacy.

One of the most poorly managed grocery stores I’ve been too. It is consistently out of stock on common items, it is often dirty, and the meat and produce selection is often very poor. There are always dozens of carts rolling around the parking lot, and it’s a 50/50 if there will be a cart in the entrance area. I have been using this store regularly because of its proximity to my home and workplace, but I don’t know why I bother since I almost always have to complete my shopping elsewhere due to their stocking issues.
