Management is rude and passive aggressive. Came to the checkout lane to exchange my glass milk bottle for the discount, like i’ve done before, and was made to feel like I was in the wrong. Manager was in the cashier lane and seemed flustered by a busy Sunday afternoon. She set my empty bottle aside and talked to the bag man, not me directly, and said “I only have them do this at customer service now, I don’t let the cashiers handle the bottles anymore. I have to go find a number.” She hurried away, came back without the number, and had to be told what the code was by the employee managing the very busy self checkout lanes … who knew the code off the top of their head. I got the discount. I spoke to her *directly* to ask “So I have to bring it to customer service?” and she quickly cut me off to say “I’ve taken care of it sir.” … Maybe she was so frustrated she didn’t understand I was asking for the future. Either way, the employees at this location are usually so nice and this interaction made me wonder how they’re treated by management because if it’s anything like they treat customers just trying to buy milk … it’s not well.

Honestly this has to be a hard location to even work at with the foot traffic and location combined, there’s always a lot going on. There are handful of women who are always nice and helpful on the Tuesday day crew. Sure I’ve had interactions here that are lackluster or I feel like an annoyance, but I understand being customer facing can be taxing (I am myself) Today Dana was the best and I won’t forget it. My partner and I really appreciated it, downtown grocery stores can be hectic. Dana honestly needs a raise. I frequent this location since I live by the zoo, so it’s nice to know that people like her are around

one of the least capably staffed stores I have ever been to of any kind ever. Pretty inexplicable when your job is to stand and let everyone scan groceries that you can’t even be available to correct errors from your machines without taking a 5 minute break for conversation. Highly recommend avoiding this location and if you are there trying to avoid self checkout if possible, apparently the self checkout attendees are incapable are incapable of doing even the very little their job asks of them.

I really like this Kroger. We have been here the three or four times we have been in town for volleyball tournaments. We are able to get fresh fruit, veggies, deli sandwiches and every other staple we need for our stay. They have a great selection on most everything. The staff is very friendly and willing to help.

It's a really nice store on the inside... However, the restrooms were out of order.. the staff was really nice though, very helpful. I think they need more security, and to keep the restrooms clean and open for the customers.. even if you need a code to get in the restrooms.
