THE NOT-SO-GOODS 😐: ❌ Limited Hawaii beauty/skincare (kukui nut soap/balm, but no pure kukui oil) ❌ Alba kukui oil is from India 🇮🇳, not Hawaii ❌ Ready-to-drink local coffee tastes watery (IMO) ❌ Wished for MORE local-only products PRO TIPS 💡: ABC Stores & Island Country Market have better local oil options Slow down on parking ramps (people scrape walls somehow?? 😅) Kahala Whole Foods probably has same stuff VERDICT: Solid spot for organic groceries + some Hawaii treats, but not the local product goldmine I hoped for. Still worth a visit! 🤙 4/5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐

I went to you thinking it was going be so amazing and was a little disappointed as it is not all health orientated. There is a section for health but then there is a large section for every day food like cakes non-organic foods and just supermarket style shopping. Thought it was gonna be just a massive health food shop all organic no rubbish food foods or processed foods. Glad I checked it out though it was interesting.

I had a question about the pricing on a coffee display during my visit today. Danny was very helpful, and Tanya took the time to come over and help sort everything out. Both were friendly, patient, and professional. They treated me with kindness and made the whole interaction easy. It’s easy to leave a review when something goes wrong, but I wanted to recognize great customer service when I see it. Mahalo to both of them for taking care of me today.

I love it because there’s all kinds of things you can get at this market that you can’t get anywhere else on the island. As an example, I like to bake bread and they have all sorts of different kinds of flour. A great selection of spices, honeys, etc., etc. all of great quality. And if you don’t wanna make it yourself well they have an awesome bakery too!

This is probably the busiest Whole Foods on island, but it’s still one of my go-to spots. Parking is easy with the garage, Amazon returns are super convenient, and they usually have everything I’m looking for! Pro tip… if you’re coming for the Friday oyster special, come EARLY because they sell out fast. They also consistently have great weekly sales and a solid selection of produce and specialty items. A classic for a reason!
