Last visit here about a week ago (Palama on corner of Kalakaua and Makaloa). It's the usual asian style Korean market. Lots of fresh banchaan selections to fill your fridge, along with ample Korean ramen selections, assorted beverages and snacks, fresh produce, and fresh kim chee. Very clean aisles and pleasant. Market gets 5/5 stars. Worker MIMI gets 10 stars. She is the epitome of customer service. Very kind, friendly, and very helpful! If you can't find what you're looking for, she will get it for you. Absolutely the BEST of all market associates I have experienced compared to many other Korean markets (including Los Angeles county area, H-Mart, S-Mart, Market World, etc). Mimi is the role model of all customer service industry. I believe Mimi is the reason why many customers return to this location in Honolulu. Mimi is the BEST! Parking can be tight and limited when busy. Don't ignore the parking attendant if there is one, and don't be angry at him. He's trying his best to ease the congestion at the driveway. I haven't eaten at the food court, so I can't comment on that section.

I wanted all their banchan 😁 but settled on spicy kooksoo. Delicious, generous, great price.

I enjoy going to this supermarket to pick up Kimchi, Korean grocery items, meat, snacks, frozen food from Korea etc. Today we enjoyed Korean bento box - BBQ chicken and Bulgogi somen noodle. Very reasonable, yet very tasty. There’s food court, Korean food, waffle cafe, sushi take out, chicken wings inside of the supermarket. Pretty happy with their deli section. Many local Korean residents go there to shop, too.

Great selection of Korean products, but only 4 stars because many of the prices are way too high. Shabu meat is a great price, produce are outrageously priced. The checker was very sweet and polite.

Nice ready to go Section. Food court attached. Ask the cashier for some Chopsticks or utensils if you are buying the bento's to go. They keep them at the register. Parking is difficult. Drive all the way to the back, and right after the ramp there were two hidden little stalls. Or drive up around and park on the second floor. Very good prices, food looks fresher than across the street at Don Quijote. Sweet older folks abound in the morning. Come early for the best and freshest Bento selection. Would be five stars except the parking can still get a bit tight, and the staff could be friendlier considering all of the tourist action.
