Foodland Market City is an excellent spot for grabbing poke in Honolulu. I picked up a poke bowl here and was honestly impressed by how fresh, generous, and affordable it was—great value for the quality. The poke selection is huge, with many different flavors and styles to choose from, and everything looked freshly prepared. Paired with their seasoned rice, it made for a simple but incredibly satisfying meal. Tip: this location can get busy during meal times, and parking may take a bit of patience, but it’s absolutely worth it. If you’re looking for authentic, delicious poke at a reasonable price, this is a must-stop.

Nice grocery store with tons of poke and prepared food options. Poke was excellent and delicious, but hot foods were honestly a miss. The hot chicken in the bento bowl was beyond dry, the hot dog matsubi was just "ok" and the spam matsubi had way too much rice and the spam was incredibly thin. Staff was friendly and the poke was excellent; I'd skip the hot food (at least the ones that were sitting out)

Perfect place to get a delicious bowl of poke bowl. We had it 2 times and enjoyed it on both occasions, although during the 2nd visit on an evening, the rice was too hard - probably because the staff kept the rice cooker open to serve the large demand. They have a neat ticket system so even with the crowd, it’s straightforward to order. Their veggie selections are a great compliment too. Will definitely be back for more.

This is the place to go if you love Poke! They have so many amazing varieties, it’ll make your head spin. They also offer other great items like sushi, musubi, bento boxes, fruit, and everything else you need to munch on. If you’re wanting to save some money, visit a Foodland location for your groceries or get food during your stay. Enjoy!
