May 2026 Convenient location in midtown near my hotel. Looks clean and organized. Wide range of grocery selection, a lot of Amazon prime order in entrance.

Whole Foods are stupidly overpriced. This store is no different. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's kept well and clean. I've never seen any mess in there. The food is nice if it's your thing to eat stupidly priced food

The 5’1 white male “security” guard should get another day job. I came to this Whole Foods location a few hours ago and noticed a guy following me from aisle to aisle. I was shopping for pasta and steak for dinner, and I guess he was too. Somehow, he went from the pasta aisle to the meat section, back to the pasta aisle, and then to the seasoning aisle, just like me every single time. He got unusually close while I was in the meat section, which led me to call someone and tell them I thought I was being followed. That’s when I realized he didn’t have a cart, basket, or any items—just casually “browsing.” I have zero situational awareness, so the fact that I noticed him fake shopping should tell you he’s not very good at his job. I guess he thought I was going to steal the Italian sausage, $10 supplement, 1 can of soda, and steak in my basket and he thought I was going to do the big heist on Wednesday at 4PM. WOW, I would’ve gotten away with a whopping $50 worth of items; it would’ve been a “great” catch if I actually stole, but I don’t and never have. I’ve never been profiled before and never thought it would be at Whole Foods in the meat section. Guess it’s a first time for everything. I don’t recommend this location. I suggest the Whole Foods in Kennesaw; it’s cleaner and has a better selection. Also, the Whole Foods in Kennesaw has garlic butter I asked for it at this location and they had no clue what it was.

We used to enjoy going to this whole foods and buy prepared food but this is third time we bought food and brought home to warm it since it was lukewarm in store. But the chicken tasted like cardboard, soup was not good at all. And top of that, they have to find the solution to homeless people using bathroom. Bathroom was really messy with papers all over. The management needs attention to this awesome location in Atlanta. We may not even go here for Groceries anymore.

I enjoy shopping at Whole Foods because the store itself is clean and well-stocked, but the customer service at this location seriously needs improvement. Almost every time I visit, many employees seem to avoid customers by walking away quickly or acting irritated when asked for help. Some associates speak to customers in a very dismissive or condescending way instead of being welcoming and helpful. During my last visit, I stood at the customer service desk waiting to purchase gift cards while two associates completely ignored me as if I wasn’t there. When I finally received help, the associate seemed annoyed and even tossed my receipt instead of handing it to me politely. I’ve also noticed employees standing around having conversations while customers are left waiting for assistance. From the smoothie station staff, to associates stocking shelves, to the front-end cashiers, the overall customer service experience has been disappointing. This location has potential, but the workplace culture and customer service standards need a serious reboot. If I were a secret shopper, this store would not pass. Customers should feel welcomed and respected when shopping here
