Love the ease of this grocery store. It is tad expensive, but it seems to make the best sandwiches and has higharks for customer service and interactions. It's a leader in fresh seafood as well with a wide range of international products. The best discounts are with the Publix Savings card.

So I placed an instant order somebody I rarely do maybe have done it once a year for the last 3-4 years. I ordered 20 items ONLY 1 of my item that they didn’t have they actually refunded. I don’t do replacements I ask for a refund anyhow they gave me 2 other wrong items. I can to explain what happened on Monday from Friday. I simply asked if they can’t refund me to give me store credit even after I asked for a manager she gone repeat the same thing as the regular customer service rep. I said if you not willing to help then I will be leaving a bad review on you guys because this is still PUBLIX items they weren’t open or unused but will not spend another dime at this location thanks to management and instacart 🥳

This is pretty much the only Publix that I like to go to. Love it here! They are very accommodating. I needed a smoked turkey wing to make my turnip greens today but I did not need a whole pack. The whole pack was very expensive and its only me...I only needed one, so I asked the lady working that section if she could break that pack down for me because I only needed 1 smoked turkey wing. She did it with no problem. I was very grateful!

I normally don’t leave bad reviews but im a regular customer here and the continuous of my food not being made the correct way is extremely frustrating. They are literally ignoring the instructions. I put the instructions this way so they don't miss it! At first i thought they were accidentally overlooking the instructions but at this point they’re completely just ignoring it! I got this yesterday morning. This need to be handled accordingly because for future orders i have a Pork allergy and it’s against my religion! This is the only public that does not read the instructions! Its not that hard to leave ham off the sandwich or salad.

I want to take a moment to recognize JD for the exceptional service he provided on the floor this Saturday. He was stocking goods when I asked for help finding a specific item, and he went absolutely above and beyond. Not only did he tell me where the item was — he walked me directly to it, made sure I picked up the correct one, and even helped me understand the differences between the various brands. That level of care and attentiveness is rare. It wasn’t rushed, it wasn’t dismissive — it was thoughtful and genuinely helpful. I’ve witnessed management-level staff not demonstrate the same level of engagement, and JD exceeded expectations without hesitation. Thank you, JD, for your professionalism and kindness. That kind of customer service truly makes a difference.
