Many items priced incorrectly (example, cat treats on clearance display- red sticker $7.04, normal price is 2.09.....so, the clearance price is more than triple regular price? Some of the employees are very nice, but for the most part...Park their carts full of inventory in the middle of lane & see customers trying to get around, don't even offer to move stuff. Customers searching for items & staff just walk by, no offer of help, no greeting customers. It is a free for all & you are on your own...good luck. Again, a few friendly staff (mostly cashiers) & the cops they have at the front are very nice & helpful.

Our local stores in the Athens, GA are well managed offering a clean environment, consistent quality and selection of meat products. The staff are genuinely friendly and very helpful and go out of their way to help you. While they may not be the cheapest on all products they sell , their sales and BOGO more than make up any difference week in weeks out.

someone tryn buy me some food? i love the fried chicken options: leg n thigh, tenders. i love the fresh dessert options too, a couple of good ones: powdrsugr cheese bear claw, and peach pie! the peach pie was so enjoyable, t'was my first ever. an Atl native, friend of mine bought us some items, this being one alongside angel cake. He's not even eaten the peach🍑pie with me, though, Leon knows: " Gotta try it microwaved warm, wit some cold piña colada. " lmao, gotta love Publix; and there will never be a Publix experience, better than one at Piedmont in Atl, with a couple of natives!!

This five star review is for deli worker : Ghohaun. When worker Tiffany had a evil attitude and wanted to fight us before she walked out on us without serving us, ghohaun stepped in and help us and went above and beyond, even when the old lady was mad at him for doing his best at giving us great customer. Tiffany should not be working customer service because she has none, she should be kept in the back

This was the most disappointing Publix I’ve visited. I went to the Deli for a sandwich and had to wait almost thirty minutes, even though I was third in line. Dyamond deserves recognition for being the only person at the deli station who was actually working. The other staff members were distracted by personal conversations and not focused on their tasks. This locations deli- hot station was dirty, and nothing at the deli seemed fresh or stocked. The lettuce was wilted and tomatoes were at the verge of rotting. I will not be back. This location needs to improve its customer service and address staff performance issues.
