Malik Mccollum 6 months agoJewell, Jewell Jewell. This was some of the best service I’ve had Publix. Definitely refreshing start to my year. Jewell assisted us through making our food and he gave awesome advice and took initiative to help us feel more confident in our orders. 10/10-Service, 10/10- Food Quality, 10/10-Speed of service. Thank you again Jewell.
Matt Schoemann 5 months agoI’ve lived in the neighborhood since this Publix opened. Early on, I’ll admit I was a little worried as things felt a bit messy and there was some turnover. That said, leadership clearly recognized it and made the necessary changes quickly to bring the store up to the Publix standard we all expect. My favorite part of this location is the friendliness of the staff! It truly feels like a neighborhood store. I love going in and seeing Jeffrey. He consistently goes out of his way to make my experience exceptional. We’re on a first-name basis, which says a lot these days, as most places don’t take the time to really get to know their customers. I genuinely look forward to chatting with him about football, weekend plans, or just life in general. Always a highlight seeing Jeffrey! I also wish I could remember the name of the manager who helped me one day when it was pouring rain and I had my newborn with me and no umbrella. Her parents were coincidentally there and jumped in to help while I ran to grab the car, then even let me borrow their umbrella so I could get my daughter in safely.... she didn’t even wake up. It was seamless. The gentleman who works the fried food station in the deli is also fantastic, always friendly and has gone above and beyond multiple times. Little things like these go a long way and really make a difference when choosing where to shop. So many good things to say about this place. I’m really glad to have it in the neighborhood.
Ashley Sullivan 6 months agoPublix has gone to shit. Prices are now double what they used to be, so I try to purchase BOGO deals only, which is now essentially buying things full price of what they used to be. The size of the subs and hot sides have shrunk while the prices have increased. They have misleading pricing on their products and misleading product quantity listings. The frozen spinach claims to be 10 ounces but in reality it’s 3 ounces of spinach and 7 ounces of water. In my photo, which was taken Jan 2026, they have a 2 pack of cream cheese but it’s more expensive than if you were to buy 2 individual packs of cream cheese. Corporate greed has ruined this once fine establishment. Also I purchased a jug of milk which I didn’t realize had a leak (why was it leaking in the first place?) and it leaked into my back seat which lead to me having to professionally clean the interior of my car. In their defense, they let me rent a rug cleaner to try to clean up the spilled milk but it wasn’t sufficient and actually made the issue worse bc I had no way to dry the interior afterwards so not only was the milk not properly removed, the wet stain was enlarged and then grew a musty smell bc of my lack of proper drying methods.
Deirdre a month agoYesterday, on Thursday, June 4, 2026, around 12:20, omg, it was the first time I ever had one of Publix’s salads that was disgusting. Lettuce tasted very old and cheese tasted spoiled I threw it away. Those ladies in that deli department don’t know how to properly make a salad or subs...
