Kroger has fast chargers for your EV. I charged my car and shopped for groceries. My checkout person, Mark Danek was great. He was friendly and fast. He even ran outside to give a lady something she’d left behind. I was impressed by how easily he handled everything.

I normally have no issues here but today when picking up an order in the floral department, TONYA was extremely rude. I came to the counter and said hello, i’m picking up an order for….& before i could even finish and tell her the name she said OK give me a minute, give me a minute. Mind you, there was no one else at the counter and she wasn’t doing anything so her response and attitude was extremely unnecessary & i didn’t appreciate it.

Yea weird profiling vibes at the checkout. Lady comes to fix register and reassures the Sound is on Max mind you it was already on max. WEIRD. Then security guard left other self checkout to watch me at this checkout. But Soon as I was finished he walked out of store. I’m just damn instacarting excuse me if I shop in a tank top and some slides. Yall need to do better. Being profiled by others that looks like me is crazy. I’m just trynna make sum extra cash Boo gas $5 😩 I never really liked this location for personal shopping either.

ANGELA with the missing front tooth must hate her job. I am always a polite person when speaking to workers and I simply asked if they were out of beets. She attempted to ignore me until I said “ma’am?” For the second time in a row. She then proceeds to say “I don’t know what they have”. She needs to be reevaluated. There are plenty of people who would love a job and be much more pleasant.

I didn't get good customer service from a young man in self checkout, because it was a issue with something ringing up incorrect. However, Amber in customer service was Amazing. She help me so much & has a Great Attitude. I hope you move quickly in upper management because people with your attitude is rare. Unfortunately, attitude like that guy has become the norm. I wish u the best Amber. Thank you for your help
