This place has a very good coffee and they provide wi fi I come here every morning and sometimes I stay for 10 or 15 minutes today I brought my laptop and started to work for 20 or 25 minutes a person named Connie that works here said she was the manager ( I later found out she was not) came to me and a friend who also is a regular daily client and in a rude manner ask us to leave because we were here for too long and the place is to drink a coffee and leave (the place was almost empty at the time). I did talk to the manager and asked her if this was true ( the time limit) she was surprised and thank me for letting her know but I felt it was necessary to make the review so they make sure that employees in a bad mood do not mistreat the customers.

This stores five star performers are; Delicatessen Manager Cynthia, and Katrina among many, many others. Clearly, shopping 🛒 is indeed a pleasure here. Smiles galore, helpful, polite and professional. Right off the bat, this location is next to the rails and is a pleasant walk towards Brickell Avenue. Easy access, entertaining, beautiful women and more.

Although I live two blocks from a Publix in West Miami, this is the Publix I buy most of my non perishables at, especially BOGOS. They always have a great selection of items and great BOGOS on items I actually use. They are conveniently located right across from the Brickell Metrorail Station so it’s very convenient to stop in and pick something up then catch my bus at the station. The staff is always super friendly and fast. I also like the self checkout when I only have one or two items.

I go there everyday because I get the best service at that specific location from Sheneque @ smiley! I love the way she treats me and my family, always great attitude, those small details means nothing for some people but it means a lot to feel welcomed! I just wanted to leave this review to thank her as I just saw her again this morning and it was again a great visit!

This place is smaller but a lot busier than the Publix on 13th St. It has a lot of sections from seafood which carries ready made sushi to bakery and deli section. It's conveniently located across from Brickell train station. So it can be crowded and the checkout lines can be long. The shopping experience can be better if they have more checkout lines and clear sign for self checkout. It can be a chaos sometimes and people jump from line to line.
