I believe management tries very hard here to keep things clean and in the best functional order as possible. Each time I have been in this location, the cashiers are prompt and polite. I've stopped in here many times for fruit and drinks, and chicken sandwiches from the deli. Due to its location, there is always a privately contracted security guard on hand. This might serve as a deterant, although said security is always standing with their back to the entry door and their eyes on their phone...and I mean always.

I recently moved out of the area, and distance makes it harder to get to. I will still make trips to Winn Dixie when I am able to because it's a great place to shop! The customer service is first rate, the store is very clean, and it is well managed. I appreciate the wonderful atmosphere here, and miss shopping at Winn Dixie on a regular basis, but I will be coming there as often as I can! Thank you Winn Dixie for the great people that work there.

The store is very clean. They do a good job at keeping it stocked and clean but the customer service at the cashier lines are rude and lack good customer service especially Laquana. Why on would you put only TWO items in two separate bags!? Sure ok her defense one item is cold , ok then proper customer service would be you asking the customer if they would like their only TWO items in separate bags! OR run the bagger spin thing around to ensure the customer has the TWO items in TWO separate bags before leaving the store! I had to drive all the way back to grab my coffee pods that were in a separate bag than my creamer which isn’t that cold in the first place. Laquana it is YOUR job to make sure all your bags are cleared for the next customer! I would have used self checkout but there system was down all lanes were closed. This morning was only accepting cash. Do better humans!!!! Come on now we really want robots and AI taking your jobs because you are not quipped in basic common courtesy.

I like shopping here but be careful and read the sale signs especially in the meat dept. I continually see discrepancies. The pork chops were from today (7/62025) and the chicken and beef from 6/6/2025). Note the beef is $2.00 more a pound from the advertised price on the sign!

Due to its location and the occasional shop lifting incidences that occur , if you enter the store with a bag they will ask you to leave your bag at the front door unsecured and unattended . - Not everyone with a bag that enters the store is a shoplifter. And it also places a bad impression on the actual good paying customers. It’s not a good look because it can come off as discrimination. I guess that tells you a lot about the area . Especially when that’s the 1st thing you hear upon entering the establishment and not being greeted.
