It’s nice to have a Whole Foods close to where we live now. No more driving to Mandarin. The store is super clean, well-stocked and easy to navigate. Tons of healthy options. Prices are not terrible especially if you use the Prime discount and shop only sale items. We love the hot bar as well, great food for lunch and dinner. Parking is plentiful for a store of this size. Couldn’t be happier about WF coming to downtown Jax.

First, parking was good both times I went. The parking garage is definitely the game changer for this location. I was thoroughly impressed with the customer service. Everyone I came across seemed genuine and happy to help you . Even those doing other jobs asked can I help you. That's so important. The addition to the bakery with the bread slicer, love that. And was able to be showed how to use it as well. Everything was stocked well and looked fresh. The hot bar was okay some things looked like they were missing. The only thing that could improve is making the hot bar food more presentable, a lot of times certain items look dry and as if its been out awhile. I find that to be the same at other locations as well not just here. Other than that I would return to shop here.

Beautiful store! Very clean and organized. The Team Members are so kind and helpful. Plenty of parking. I will be shopping at this location often. I love the Prime deals, and the abundance of 50% off coupons on their products help me save lots of money. Thank you, Whole Foods Downtown! This is the best Whole Foods location ever!

I prefer the WF down south. This one has too tight of parking and most of the other customers can’t seem to navigate that well. Honestly, they don’t seem to be able to navigate the store either. Nice store if not for pretentious shoppers with no regard for others.

I've visited the NEW Downtown Riverside Whole Foods four times over two weeks specifically for their advertised pre-made family meal platters. Each visit: sold out, with no stock. When I asked about alternatives, I was told the pre-made price only applies to items in the cold case—not deli counter versions—despite being the same product. After a hold fell through due to a cooler failure, I drove 25 minutes to the San Jose location, which had 25+ units in stock. If these are core offerings, inventory management needs attention. I shouldn't have to drive 50 minutes round-trip for advertised items.
