Fantastic selection of fresh produce and a great variety of organic products! The staff is always helpful and friendly, making grocery shopping a pleasant experience. I love their deli section too; perfect for quick meals on busy days!

OCTOBER 3 2025 UODATE: Krystal, in Bakery PLEASE take a Customer Service Skills class. You are RUDE, UNFRIENDLY AND COMPLETELYOBLIVIOUSTO YOUR LACK OF COMM SKILSS. I SAID GOOD MORNIN, SMILEF AND TRIED TO INQUIRE ABOUT the croissants and you just flat out had a nastyattitudeand refused to say good morning back. Jobs are scarse dear. Be easy. 2025 Update: Harris Teeter, STOP selling us rotted fruit. Today I opened a pineapple purchased on the weekend and as you can see in be photos it was rotten. I took it back and had a produce employee (who is a lovely human being) and still it was rotted when I brought it home. See photos. Do Better. Or we will go elsewhere. This chain is super expensive, and they Surveil shoppers to the point of abuse. Checking your receipt and bags to make sure your not steeling? Ridiculous. Who is surveiling HT when they sell us bad quality food? Just bought a watermelon, and it looks and tastes HORRIBLE. Take a look for yourself. The watermelon pulp is pale and sickly looking. It has a white film over it and there were huge cracks inside. Why can't we buy Watermelon with Black seeds?

The employees at this Harris Teeter are always friendly and helpful. Today, for instance, I needed some pizza dough, and they said it was all the way back in the “big freezer” and probably inaccessible. But Dalonte said he would check, just in case. He came out with a big box of frozen pizza dough on his shoulder. I really appreciate him going the extra mile!

-Underground free parking-2hrs -Elevator and stairs access -Hot bar and salad bar was kind of unexpectedly basic -I was there during lunch hours and the hot bar food looked old with potential & looks like they don't really refresh the options -No pizza station -Good customer service

One of the few Harris Teeters in DC. Good selection and helpful and friendly staff. Sign up for the VIC membership to take advantage of the weekly sales and Friday specials. Senior citizens get 10% off purchases every Thursday.
