Sophia Pryce 11 months agoThis store doesn’t have all of what I want but they usually have the essentials. The store is well maintained and clean. The carts are loud and rickety but usable. I like that the security guard is watchful and not on his phone. I appreciate the prompt assistance going thru the self checkout like. There is plenty of ty if parking but park under the lights at night. Also be mindful this store shares a parking g lot with Home Depot. I ran in for one item. I’ve gotten two nails in my tires over the last 8 months. This was the second time.
Dennzon Winley 3 months agoThe 2 stars is due to the Kitchen. Around 2:00 on 3/29/26, I stood there waiting for the hot rotisserie chicken to be bagged. The chicken had finished cooking for nearly 10 minutes. There were 3 employees back there. No one inquired as to what I was waiting on, I had to interrupt the only person actually doing something and he said that the taller guy would be bagging the chickens. So I waited. All the while, the taller guy is showing the other colleagues something on his phone. He’s touching the phone will creating the labels. Then he starts dancing. It was a mess! So, I left.
Roberto Emilio Bolaños Aviles a month agoIt is unbelievable how inconsistent things are at this store. I went to buy soap, water, and two Pepsis. I went to retrieve the soap myself, but according to their sales procedure, the pharmacy staff member is supposed to carry it up to the checkout counter. He handed it over to the self-checkout attendant, who proceeded to scan the items—only for me to discover on my receipt that I had been charged for an extra item, which I believe was some candy. It is dishonest of them to do this; I didn't bother going back because it was only $2.99, but just imagine the breach of trust involved here.
The Reviewer a year agoThe awful smell when you enter the store let’s you know the adventure ahead will be in unfresh one. My last few visits have been pretty much consistent with visits in the past. I’ve had to wait in front of the seafood department for 20 minutes with no one there, then having to call the front of the store and ask if the seafood department was open, same in the deli. The produce is consistently bad. One of the only supermarkets in this part of North East so this is a place lots of families depend for Quality and fresh food. It smells sour when you enter the store. EXPIRED PRODUCTS!! I almost purchased items that expired in 2020 that are on the shelf! The produce is consistently below par, rotten, old, an unpleasant to the eye. I have observed water dripping from a thermometer over the fish onto the fish, in the seafood department. I’ve had 50-50 experiences in the deli with prepared salads. After passing through and seeing that they don’t clean where they house hot foods, I’ll definitely think about that in the future. Noticeable dirty fingerprint residue and who knows what else over the glass and the metal, as well as in the sushi area . On my last visit they were short of produce bags, short on supermarket carts, low on produce. The floors are filthy and look like they have never been cleaned, with random trash throughout the store on the floor. The one thing that is consistent is the customer service, don’t expect any because you won’t receive it. This location has so much potential. I wonder if the location is why this Giant is of this quality..
Rennae Ford 7 months agoThis is a good place to shop for food items and other essentials. But please check dates on the milk that comes in the cartons. I've purchased milk in the cartons that wasn't supposed to expire for almost 3 weeks. When I got home the milk was already spoiled.
