Really good energy and bive. I am not from the area but where i was living, you can get cash back from all the self checkout at any Safeway. I am staying in Sunnyvale and you can not get cash back from the self checkout so I thought it was the same rules at this particular Safeway so I ask the lady if I can get cash back from the self checkout, turn out you could. The lady walked me through. was very professional and upbeat. Thanks Safeway

Last Tuesday, May 19th, I went to get my lunch and there was a woman in the deli department (Jessica). She was doing nothing; there were quite a few customers and she wasn't serving anyone. She got angry when we called her to get our food. My half-hour lunch ended there, and she couldn't even make two sandwiches. She served me angrily, and not just me. She served other customers very rudely. She looked dirty, without a hat or hairnet. Honestly, she was very rude and had no customer service ethics. I asked her name, and she replied, "What am I supposed to do? She said she don't care, she been working there for years."

Looks like you guys don’t review anything on yelp. You’re looking pretty good on this other platform. No one from your company reached out to me about my experience. This is the worst one I’ve ever had pretty much in my whole entire life. I had to force an apology out of this guy that pulled that crap on me embarrassed me in front of the community and patience for my surgery Center also recognized me while this incident was taking place.

Went to get my thanksgiving shopping done to only be harassed by Pam at self checkout who followed me out of store arguing that I didn't pay for my cokes. She profiles people and harasses them while leaving other people alone. Literally left her station to follow me out of store where others could be stealing while she was harassing me. Was super embarrassing as I was with both my young children and even when we got in car they were asking why did the women not think we paid for our food when we had the receipt and she was literally watching you ring up everything over your back. Decided to go back and verify her name and take a picture of her for report where she blocked her name with a water bottle and told me go ahead and file a code. Very unprofessional and needs to find a new career. Will be filing report to higher ups and letting them know that their employees harrass and profile customers.

The most friendly staff i have ever seen at a safeway. But unfortunately they're was not enough for the amount of customers. The wate at checkout was not acceptable
