This store sells bad meat, I bought some chicken party wings today, it smells stink when I opened after I got home. Called the number they left, no one responded, called the customer service, ask me to go back to store, it’s like 5 miles away from my house, are you gonna pay for my gas???? No gonna drive 5 miles just because of some stupid chicken wings!

I definitely am a fan of some of the rollback prices or Club card discounts that they have at Safeway and if you use the app it can be really helpful such as on occasions like today after I purchased a few things I told the cashier I did not want my receipt and I walked to my car the security guard followed me outside and said that I did not pay for what I had so I pulled the app up and showed her my receipt

5 stars for the customer’s service clerk who she helped me to purchase some infant formula today. She was very patient while waiting for me to call my daughter to confirm that I bought the correct formula. She kept her smile at all time and telling me it is okay when I’m apologizing for the delay! She need to be recognized and awarded, not many CSR like her nowadays! The entire store been very well organized and very clean, you can get everything you need for your meals and you household! I would for sure to keep coming back to this Safeway to shop !

No help at Service desk..wait time 10 mins..also no staff at checkouts..self serve only open..long wait after asking for staff..no help came. I left and won’t be back. Better grocery stores elsewhere.

Save your money and most importantly save your time. I placed an order for pickup and after waiting for 40 minutes with nobody coming out I went inside but there was no employees working guest services area. Security informed me he didn’t know where anyone was and they haven’t been there for a while. I waited another 20 minutes and even tried calling the store multiple times but nobody answers the phone. Corporate customer service was almost helpful but even they couldn’t get a hold of anyone that works there. So then they cancel my order and tell me I have to wait 7-10 days for my money back which is insane. All I wanted was my groceries but unfortunately This place has zero customer service and zero leadership. Corporate customers service tells me management was calling me back within 24 hours to apologize but of course that never happened either. Hands down the worst grocery store I’ve been to in the country. No customer service and a manager that just doesn’t care about the customers. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
