Their customer service is horrible and now their prices match their service! I had noticed that the prices have skyrocket! Dog food, meat, and even small things are more expensive. For that reason I had stopped shopping with them. Today it was more convenient for me to stop by and buy an (1) item. I brought up the fact that their prices had gone up so much that they were now more expensive than the actual store they receive their inventory from. The owner lashed out at me saying that they can't compete with the stores they claim they are cheaper than. They literally get almost or expired items to be able to sell them cheaper. Their model is "BARGAIN MARKET"! yet she feels she should price things more expensive than the actual stores they get their product from. She told me to go to the another store and not spend my money there. She didn't have to tell me that it goes without saying. I'll never shop at the McKee's Grocery "Outlet" again!

11.19.25 4pm Great Grocery Outlet location, I was surprised at how nice the store was and the great products they carried given the location! Prices were excellent and fellow customers were nice. Staff was very helpful too. Unfortunately they don't carry Sunsweet Prune Juice, which some of the other locations have. I will be back even though this isn't near my neighborhood.

Grocery Outlet has been a favorite stop of mine. I went to this one in Livermore when I was up that way. I was looking for a few items I've got at other Grocery Outlets. Not all these stores carry the same stock. This one had York Peppermint Patty hot Cocoa, yum! I should have bought a few more boxes. Other things I see and think about buying, like frozen avocado chunks. Next trip?

Efficient and friendly staff. 1 star off for not always having all the items on their weekly promo list which are really good deals when compared to regular grocery stores.

I was pleasantly surprised at this nice little mktplace I discovered in a shopping center next to Dollar Tree, Sprouts, Burlington and 5Below. Their prices r low and quality is high! I paid a lot more for name brand cough meds at Target - the savngs would have been almost 5$ if I had gotten it here and even more savings from cost at CVS! I like the veggies fruit and grocery section a lot!
