The store itself is clean, well maintained. Staff are helpful and friendly. Clientele, a little more sketchy, most medicine, and alcohol are locked up. Staff are reasonably attentive. A family member recently witnessed a group of kids knock down an older woman and steal here purse. My last choice of groceries stores in the area.

First time at the store. Wanted to get my famous fruit tart. Unfortunately the bakery had barely anything to purchase. I should have taken a picture. The staff said sorry we don't have much. So yeah busted trip. On a better note the store was clean.

I had a really great shopping experience at Safeway tonight. The cashier was very kind, friendly, and professional. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask for his name, but he had light brown hair and blue eyes and looked very neat and well-presented. His behavior made me feel really good about my purchase, and when I left the store, I honestly thought to myself that I would definitely come back and shop here again. My father always says that the best store is one where the people who work there are respectful and kind, and make different people feel welcome and comfortable. That is when a business truly succeeds, and customers feel that they should return and shop there again.

I would like to ask Safeway to please consider the time of DoorDash and Uber Eats drivers. For most orders, drivers have to wait more than 20 minutes before receiving them. In many cases, associates do not acknowledge drivers, and sometimes they do not respond when we ask about an order. This creates unnecessary delays and frustration. Please consider providing additional training to associates on being polite, respectful, and responsive to delivery drivers. It often feels like everyone is focused on shopping, while no one is clearly responsible for handing completed orders to drivers. However, associates are attentive to customers waiting at the pickup point. Delivery drivers are also serving your customers and helping ensure they receive their orders on time. We would greatly appreciate better communication, organization, and support from the store staff. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I would also like to point out an issue that frequently occurs during shift changes. In the hour leading up to a shift change, there are often significant delays, and drivers are left waiting at the pickup area with little or no assistance. At the end of their shift, some associates simply say that they are done for the day and leave, while pending orders remain unattended. For example, today between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM, I was the fourth driver to cancel an order because there was no associate available to hand out completed orders. This creates unnecessary delays for customers, delivery drivers, and the store. I respectfully ask that Safeway ensure there is always staff available to manage order pickups, especially during shift transitions. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Came in go grab some birthday supplies and the staff was super attentive and friendly. They were patient in letting my son customize his Ballon bouquet. He loved it. Everything was smooth. They do have public restrooms and large parking available.
