On February 13th, at approximately 6:30 PM, I visited your establishment to purchase flowers for my daughter. I requested assistance from an employee, Emily, to have the bouquet wrapped. I immediately noted a dismissive attitude. Typically, florists offer a selection of ribbon and wrapping options. Emily did not provide these choices, and while I initially attributed this to the Valentine's Day rush, I later observed that other options were available. Upon handing me the wrapped bouquet, Emily commented that it was not her best work. I find this unacceptable. While I appreciate the wrapping service, I expect employees to perform their duties to the best of their ability. The presentation of the bouquet was Terrible Additionally, the employee at the self-checkout was hesitant to provide her name, doing so only after I affirmed that Emily had done a satisfactory job. As a result of this experience, I will not be going back for flowers !

The Safeway in the UV (University Village) at the corner of Howe Ave and Fair Oaks Blvd is one of the older Safeway supermarkets. The store layout is not as good as the newer ones they opened in recent years. The parking lot is also too busy in the evening when all the restaurants in the same shopping center are open for business. I have not been able to find a parking space many times in the evening! The best time to shop in this Safeway is earlier in the morning before 11:30 am or after 8 pm.

While passing through town, I stopped at Safeway for quick deli sandwiches and drinks. The deli staff was fast and friendly, and the sandwiches were fresh and filling. The fruit I grabbed for the road was sweet and ripe. For the price and speed of service, Safeway provided great quality and value for someone traveling.

They didnt have what i was looking for, but I did find a good deal that was on sale. The cashier was very helpful w/ figuring out the charities (they display one about donating for ending children's hunger, but on the electronic pay device it showed women's breast cancer) and super friendly

These people come up behind you while you're doing self checkout and try to push the 10 on the survey without even asking. It's super uncomfortable and I hate someone coming up so close behind me to decidewhat score I am going to give them. Like, I might actually do it if they didn't come up and invade my personal space to lie on their survey to give themselves a 10.
