I am very dissatisfied with the customer service provided by an employee named Mary, based on multiple negative experiences. On a previous visit, I requested assistance to have a locked item (baby formula) opened. Instead of offering any reasonable help, I was instructed to wait in a full checkout line, even though I only needed the item unlocked and could have paid at an express register. I waited approximately 30 minutes, and when I finally reached the front, Mary was the employee who assisted me. She appeared visibly annoyed and unprofessional, and her attitude made it clear that helping customers is treated as an inconvenience. Today, I experienced another extremely poor interaction. While I was with my child, I asked for help with a cashback issue. I was told she could not assist me in any way and was simply directed to another register, where I would have to wait in line again. There was no attempt to help, no explanation, and no effort to find a solution. Overall, this employee consistently demonstrates a lack of basic customer service skills, poor attitude, and unwillingness to assist customers. This is particularly disappointing in situations involving parents with young children, where even minimal support would be expected. I hope this matter is addressed appropriately.

They have reasonable prices, but their customer service could use some improvement. I think they might be understaffed, as I only bought a 36-pack of beer, but there was only one checkout open and the line was incredibly long. I waited almost 35 minutes just to pay for my purchase.

This was my first visit to the store, and I was impressed. I came in for basics like milk, bread, and fruit, but ended up finding great deals on household items too. The staff greeted me warmly, the produce was fresh, and checkout was quick. The value I received for the price convinced me to shop here regularly.

Tommie is by far the best employee I’ve ever encountered! I’ve been coming to this location about 20 years and i have never met anyone like him! I only have to say great things about him. He greeted as I entered the store, and helped me put my groceries in my trunk. I’m not known to write reviews, but Tommie put a smile on my face that made my day!

My entire visit here was just aggravating. The place was absolutely crawling with people, the lady at self checkout was absolutely ZERO help and the security guy at the front was meant mugging me the whole time I was there. Most likely won't be going back there again. 😡
