Been shop here for awhile and it has been here for decades. Big, clean and easy to park since it’s a big parking lot for the plaza. The store is well stocked, clean, spacious, well organized and plenty of choices to choose from. Fresh fruits and daily cooked foods sections. Staff are nice and friendly, prices are reasonable and you can save more if you’re becoming or belonging to their club. Easy checkout, especially with their self checkout section. Plenty of promotions throughout the weeks, months or holidays so watch out for those.

I came here to try their fresh fish fried in front of you and seasoned. They asked if I wanted it in a fillet or cut into fish pieces. I tried the fish bites and he sprinkled it with Cajun seasoning. They do have another seasoning if you wish. I like to go to you buy we fry location out in Long Beach. This Ralph’s you buy we fry isn’t that bad if you’re out and about and wanna grab some fried fish. It was nice hot fresh and ready for snacking. Service was wonderful. It’s always clean inside the store so their food I trust very much. However their prices are a bit on the high side for Ralph’s. Matter of fact, I know it’s the most expensive Ralphs in the area. I typically do not come here.

Dealt with this long hair cashier (in her 50s) at Ralphs who was not only rude but also made multiple errors in basic transactions. I was double charged, and when I politely asked for a correction, I was met with hostility as if I had done something wrong. To make matters worse, the refund amount was incorrect, showing a clear lack of training or attention to detail. It’s disappointing to see this kind of customer service. I hope Ralphs will take steps to better train their staff and ensure that customers are treated with respect and competence.

People make all the difference in the world! This particular location is led by a very abrasive managerial lead Cynthia who in the many unfortunate instances i have heard her and dealt with her personally In this day and age you go to your local grocery store for most of your daily menu items, dealing with her really puts a person in a less than optimistic mood. I try to deal with her only when it's necessary, thus, putting my normal shopping a little further away toa Ralph's in Anaheim, Albertsons or Vons. I strongly suggest for fellow shopping patrons to say something. I feel for the less sophisticated people that have extra service needs or extra service needed.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the Ralphs branch in Garden Grove. Although I have shopped at Ralphs locations for many years, my recent experience at this specific branch was very disappointing. I purchased organic vegetables and fruits, and given that the prices are higher here, I expected better quality. Unfortunately, when I got home, the produce looked far from fresh and was nearly unusable. It's frustrating to have such a negative experience, especially coming from a brand I usually trust. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves the quality of the products at the Garden Grove location. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
