I had a great experience with Ralph! He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and that I felt comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend Ralph for his excellent customer service and positive attitude!

I understand why stores implement anti-theft measures, but this location seems to have added so many automated systems that basic shopping has become unnecessarily confusing. When I entered, I tried to grab a basket but it was behind automated exit barriers. While attempting to get a cart instead, I accidentally triggered a piercingly loud theft alarm at the entrance. I was super embarrassed and figured the store thought I was actively shoplifting. When no one seemed to react, I then spent several minutes trying to navigate the store to get back to the carts because every route I could find back to it was also blocked. At checkout, I had to switch self-checkout machines multiple times before finding one that worked correctly. The machine I eventually used kept yelling at me about items in the bagging area. Again, more loud announcements across the store that I'm attempting to shoplift. I attempted to exit but the doors were already locked and there was no employee to open it for me. I had to track one down. The overall experience just felt sort of impersonal, confusing, and almost hostile. It'd be nicer to shop somewhere that felt a bit more human and like it didn't deeply mistrust everyone who walks in.

Decent prices, good sales, and open till midnight. I work evenings so I visit late, when parking isn't a problem. The sales make it the store I shop for bulk groceries especially meats.

Well I’ve been complaining about them for years but that’s kinda strange since I spend a weird amount of time there. Prices are too high to the point of ridiculousness but I guess I’ve been paying them.

Update : This store's products are not fresh. I bought a pack of chicken breasts for $5 . Right after I payed for them I noticed they smelled really rotten . Cashier refunded them for me . It's the second time at this Ralph's this happened with chicken . The first time , a few months ago, it was a customer behind me. I bought a clarol hair dye that was old and clumpy after mixing it up Blueberries & raspberry mixed pack had mold growing on them. Milk doesn't seem to stay fresh very long Great location. Employees are kind and helpful and they have a great clearance section in back of store with items marked down very low.
