McGary’s is an awesome discount grocery store with a huge selection of goods. They sell discounted laundry and house cleaning supplies, often times there’s clean products like Seventh Generation available. I mainly buy gluten-free and organic products here, as well as their beverages. My favorite is when they have Recess, a magnesium drink that has a calming effect. I’ve never had a bad experience with any foods or drinks I bought here. The staff are friendly, lots of parking.

Fantastic selection! There are some really good prices on a huge amount of the items offered here for purchase. Groceries included fresh produce, boxed, canned, bottled, bagged, candy, soda, pantry staples, refrigerated, and frozen. There are way more than just groceries here. They also have cleaning products, kitchen misc, personal, hygiene, office supplies, pharmacy items, etc.

The two stars are for the very nice cashiers. But if you bring your own soda crates in to carry soda the manager will try to steal them and then accuse you of lying when you tell him they’re yours. We’ve been coming in here for years and we always bring our own Coke crates. We started doing this after they wouldn’t let us use cardboard boxes anymore. We’ve literally got a yard full of different soda crates, they came with the property lol. When we said they’re our crates he’s just like “if that’s the story you want to give.” Bro thinks he owns every Coke tray in the city I guess. I don’t think I want to come back here.

I have loved McGary's since it was over on Ft. Lowell x Stone! The Nora's tortillas from Nogales are some of the best tortillas I've ever had! But fair warning: DO NOT TRY TO SHOPLIFT at this store! I've seen some crazy situations go down between ppl who try to steal versus their highly-trained-special-forces-hands-on security guy! Imagine being tackled over a bag of chips while Christian music plays sweetly in the background! 😂

Not impressed. I went in to pick up a couple of things and I did not see any real bargains. Maybe on the low side but they really didn’t have a selection of decent bread or chips. The people that work there are very nice. Compared to Grocery Outlets in CA and OR, or Green Trees Grocery outlet in Yuma, no. It isn’t worth getting off the freeway to visit.
