HORRIBLE customer service!! Worst Frys I have ever been to in my life! The lead with the bleach blonde hair, older Hispanic lady does not belong in her position! I left some items at the register. Got home realized it and ran back over there. Maybe 10 min later max with the receipt. Items were not at register anymore. Asked her to check the cameras and she said she couldn't do that. I asked why?? It had been only 10 min ago?? She said we just can't and literally blew me off! I ended up buying the same items again. I will NEVER go to that Frys again! Wish I would have gotten her name but very rude, bleached dirty blonde hair elder, red vest woman with glasses that claimed to be a "Supervisor". One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered! So their cameras do not work at that location??? What if there was a major situation that happened there with no operating cameras to record??? Unbelievable!

The location is safe, efficient security, and a great atmosphere. Best savings prices in Tucson for quality and quantity. Customer service is amazing. Could use more employees to work registers

Please, for God's sake, FIX THE CARTS! I moved into the neighborhood a year ago and I go to this grocery store for convenience, but the problem persists. They got some new carts a couple months ago, but they seem to have gotten bad already. Also, they are often in the cart corrals in the parking lot, not anywhere near the front door. Other than that I have no complaints.

This evening our local Krogers/Frys forced all customers to self checkout. It doesn't matter to me if a walkout, strike, checker call ins or PTO scheduling errors created the problem. No matter the circumstance a manager or managers should have picked a lane and served the customers. Self check for 1-12 items sure, a cart full should get cashier service. Pay them more, have on call schedule, get your shit together.

Called yesterday at 4 pm for2 simple questions. Spoke with bakery staff. Requested someone simply put roses on a very last minute Fry’s prebaked cake for 2 I would purchase. Was told to talk to bakery manager at 7am this morning. Went in so Bakery Manager can be rude and hostile and REFUSED to put roses on a small cake and only on a larger more expensive one. Wasted 5 mins asking why she cannot put roses on the smaller cake requested so she can argue with me. Asked for store manager and he didn’t understand either but solved the problem which was having her put 5 roses on a smaller cake took about 2 minutes max. OMG now I know to never deal with that woman at the bakery!!!
