Very disappointing experience at Los Altos Ranch Market store #507 in Mesa. I accidentally purchased a bottle of Prosecco Rosé instead of champagne, and the moment I realized the mistake, I immediately went back inside to ask if I could simply exchange the unopened bottle and pay any difference. Store manager Yara refused to help and told me all alcohol sales are final, even though there was no signage anywhere in the alcohol section stating that alcohol cannot be exchanged or returned. What made this experience worse was feeling like I was not properly helped because Spanish is not my first language . Instead of trying to work with me on an honest mistake, I was forced to buy another bottle I actually needed while being stuck with one I didn’t want. For someone in a management position, the level of customer service and willingness to help was extremely disappointing. I hope other customers do not have to deal with the same experience.

This place had me when I first walked in the door. They have all kinds of salsas tortilla chips homemade tortillas. They have a small area where you can grab tacos and burritos and eat at the tables.

Very nice Mexican grocery. They are full service, with a top-notch bakery, a nice in store restaurant, and the best selection of hispanic food I have seen in some time. Besides where else are you going to get a nice cows head.

I always have a great experience at Los Altos Ranch Market, especially thanks to the amazing staff. Daniela, one of the cashiers, provides excellent customer service. She is friendly, easy to talk to, and always attentive to her work. She makes customers feel welcome and keeps the checkout process smooth and pleasant. I would also like to recognize Mariela from the bakery section. She is very kind, helpful, and patient when assisting customers. She always takes the time to answer questions and make sure everything is just right. Her positive attitude and dedication truly stand out. Both Daniela and Mariela make shopping here a wonderful experience. Employees like them are the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommended!

Love this store! I came to look at their cuts of meat to make jerky and the have the best meat and price! The butchers are so nice. Especially Estabian! Thank you 😊
