Very clean well kept store. Employees are very friendly and professional. The store is well stocked and had everything I needed. Even fuel was very clean and well kept. Fuel clerk was very professional and friendly.

Hands down best experience with a pharmacy! William made sure that he took the time to print a decline letter from my insurance and went as far as to highlight the right information and let me know exactly what the issue was so when I called I could get it handled. He made a difficult situation into a seem-less process. I had this all cleared up later that same day and it was because he took the time to explain it to me and show me how to advocate for myself in a way I don’t think I’ve ever had the pleasure of receiving with such a situation. I would recommend this pharmacy staff to anyone in my area but to be honest I would travel here if I move because you just don’t get customer service like this anymore!

This review is for the Fry’s at 1245 W Main St in Mesa. My visit started poorly when I tried to get a shopping cart. Every cart was jammed together, and I had to fight just to separate one. That alone shows a lack of basic store readiness. Once inside, the produce actually looked good, and I found a ripe pineapple I planned to buy. I went to the hot food counter to get the 5 chicken legs for $5 special. There was a tray of chicken legs in the warmer, so I asked for the special. The employee told me they were out of the legs used for that special and that the legs in the warmer were only for meals. This is a recurring issue I’ve experienced at multiple Fry’s locations, and it’s extremely disappointing. I even asked if they could make me a deal using the legs they had, and she refused. At that point, I told them to cancel the order. I set the pineapple on the counter, left the cart where it was, and walked out. After repeated experiences like this, I’m close to being done shopping at Fry’s in the Phoenix area.

I usually love this frys but the pharmacy is hard to get a hold of anyone & they rarely have the meds we need and always have to wait for them to get it pre-ordered, then a cashier gets mad at me for not checking the date when the help they called over missed the date too & it said buy 1 get 1 free on the sticker but it was dated in small 4/28/26 how is that my fault that they're not removing old tags and we're clearly on 5/5/26. Do better Frys customer service ppl & management. honestly

It's March 11, 2026 and Safeway (across the street from this Fry's) was less than helpful with us. We arrived today at about 1045am, to do our monthly meat shopping. Since I'm a 100% disabled veteran, I need their electric wheelchair. I was dropped off at the door and hobbled in (with cane). Got to the electric chair location and ...NO electric chairs. A girl at the self-checkout said she'd call for someone to recover the chair(s) that work. NO ONE came! The girl apologized and we left - without shopping. Sooooo.... We went to THIS Fry's, across the street. WOW! What a difference!! The young, very nice, black gentleman, with black rimmed glasses, came right up to me when I bee-lined for their electric chairs. He asked for a driver's license. My husband gave him his license. The gentleman left and came back with the electric wheelchair key. At that time, I asked about my husband's license, which is when he told us it's held until the cart is returned (makes sense). However, I asked the gentleman to hold MY license, since I'm the one in the chair. This male Fry's employee didn't balk at all. He smiled, nodded his head, took my license, left and came back with my husband's license. We did over $300.00 worth of meat shopping, checked out and headed for our car. The nice Fry's male employee came out while we were unloading the cart. I asked if he wanted me to bring the electric cart back in (which is what Safeway expects). This nice Fry's employee said, no, he'd wait and take the cart back in himself. Hey, Fry's! This guy needs a raise - a promotion - a bonus ...or whatever can be done. He made our not-so-great Safeway shopping day to one of the nicest, most memorable Fry's shopping day. Please thank him for us.
